spoonchicken
Use something everytime to avoid DR. Baby lotion works great IF you don't already have it. Link to comment

Diapered Jason
I think it is wise to at least apply diaper rash creme if you plan to stay in your diaper for extended periods such as during the night. Link to comment

Bettypooh
Everyone's skin varies, but a barrier cream isn't a bad idea, even for the tough-skinned ones like me Bettypooh Link to comment
Little BabyDoll Christine
This is an example of the Rubber Panties Principle. The disposible diaper crowd is convinced they don't need them until they get a blowout, covering leak or tape failure on the bus, at the grocery stor or Walmart or some other "worst possible time and place". Then they are never without them. I always use baby lotion or powder on my chastity area Link to comment
puffypants22
I sometimes use plastic pants but not offten. I wipe myself first then baby lottion and then i powder myself Link to comment

Cute_Kitten
I tend to get diaper rash fairly easy, so I always apply some type of barrier cream with each diaper change, as I spend the majority of my time diapered. As other posters have already said, everyone is different, but for extended wearing (and using) I would recomend some type of cream. Link to comment
