gah!ghost Posted February 14, 2012 Share Posted February 14, 2012 If you like Rasputina you might like Zoe Keating. She was in the band around the time they recorded the Radical Recital. Her solo stuff is more sort of instrumental oddness. It's really hard to explain exactly how she plays. She basically uses a computer and recording setup to record loops of herself on the fly and play them back while she's still playing new loops so the songs keep getting more and more layered and she does it all live. It's pretty interesting and very impressive. To me anyway.
