He just did. That home page link you got went through this site, so he gets credit for what ever you buy. It doesn't matter what it is as long as you go through DD FIRST to get to amazon, then shop and buy and he gets credit for it

I had a 'wish list" of things on Amazon that I was looking at, and might be getting a bit later on. I just have to remember to go through DD first so he can get his .03 cents worth

That link appears to just take me to the Amazon home page. You may need to tell me how to get there and navigate to / search for the stuff that will get you the 5%. Then next time I need anything I'll do it that way.
