hidden
Let me know when you have photoshop! What you have only edits existing pictures and doesn't allow for creation of new, drawn pics? Link to comment
DailyDi
Yes it does allow creation. It's what I use for all graphics on this site! (Hey don't judge, some of those graphics were made with the 2000 version, lol) It has pencil and brush tools, shapes, text, all that. Not as fancy as Adobe, but a lot more affordable! Link to comment

Little BabyDoll Christine
I already have Photoshop and Illustrator, which will be beyond my ability to use until I get the corneal transplant in April. For phot editing I use IrfanView which must be seen to be believed. I salvaged a really squirrelly digital photo with it. is in FairyWand Which is a software package that I put together of things I use or have at least tried (with the exception of PageBreeze, since I use Notepad and Thingabablog since I blog here But every program in there has reviews) Iview just updated. While primarily designed for website building FairyWant has enough items to make it generally worth having. About the only thing I have not found is polling software that is both free and easy to use. Link to comment
