What song do you somehow associate with your desires? For me there is only one.

Sophie B. Hawkins, "Damn, I Wish I Was Your Lover". I read a some fan mail about this song on her website. A lot of people with unorthodox desires found peace in it.

As far as songs that I will often hear out and about go, some songs by The Pretenders come to mind. I always kind of had a soft spot for Chrissie Hynde. She seems to be open minded and kind of mommy-ish, to me anyway.

If lullabies count, then I say those general lullabies that play above cradles in those little things. Those sounds induce thumb sucking for me, and make me want to crawl around on the floor. If we are talking real songs, then anything by Sarah McLachlan. She makes good music and I want someone like her to be my mommy.
