loopy
Abena x-plus. I've got one for the first time in ages, and they're still the best Link to comment

getintooit
The Abena are great, but for the price I would get the Mega Careline Premium briefs. Link to comment
curiositykilledthecat
I finally got my two cases of bams and I love them. Link to comment
jediaper
I voted other. Personally my new favorites are the Abena Delta Forms. Available here: http://www.xpmedical.com/deltaform.html I find that as far as absorbency is concerned they are neck and neck with the X-Plus. Their total absorbency is only 2 or 3oz less, However, the cost per diaper when bought by the case is the least out of all the brands I researched (Abena X-Plus, Molicare super plus, secure x plus, and bambino). babyalan
I would say Kendall Supreme Maxis they hold as much as the Abriforms and Abenas and more than Bambinos and are less expensive. Link to comment
Knuxie Fawks
I think you should get that new "Oops! I Crapped My Pants" brand. Link to comment
Guest LOSTinDiapers
I say get them all...eventually. Start with whichever one you want and then try them all. I think that the variety is one of the best parts of being a DL. Link to comment
Aurelius
Vote Bambino. They are generally the most 'diaper-like'. You will feel like you are wearing a real diaper and not just a brief (as somewhat the case with attends). Attends are also very comfortable, but they are thinner and not as good value. Secure, molicare and abena are also close contenders. For pleasure I would most likely wear Bambino, Abena, Secure or Attends (in that order), but if I were incontinent I would probably use mainly molicare. Link to comment
