I agree with a lot of people here that if you don't make a big deal about it, no one will notice. My problem is, diapers are sexual to me. So if I wore them to, say class, I'd be worried about being distracted.

I marched down Pennsylvania Ave wearing a diaper. Yes it was under clothing but nobody said anything. It was the national Tea Party in 2009. There were 1,600,000 extra people in DC at that time.
