It's the same as any other time of year. If you have sensitive skin, you might want to consider diaper creams or ointments to combat diaper rash/heat rash, but all else the same. They don't go too well with speedos or thongs though.

I haven't shared my DL side with many. I did have a couple of girlfriends that I told. One of them jumped right in and started wearing as well.

You can get chucks to go in the diaper. I always put them in first and pinch the diaper between my legs while applying the tape. I also sometimes wear pullups inside of the briefs. I like the extra padding.
