  1. I think it makes sense that you found that challenging. Your programming for toileting and sensation of right and wrong are really high. Particularly if you are needing to stand in the bathroom to pee. what you were able to accomplish was so far removed from that place that it doesn’t surprise me at all that you find it challenging. outside of the clean up, did you enjoy it or was it too far for you? Either is an ok answer. It’s your body. Just some food for thought. thanks for sharing

  3. I was always a bit all over the place. I had Barbies and such but also played sports. I got my feelings hurt but still beat up the boys on the playground or at school. I hated wearing pants until I was 5 but after then it wasn't easy to get me into a dress. LOL!
  4. I actually wear girly undies. I struggle to go to the bathroom during the day (because I'm busy) so there is usually a small spot on them by the time I do go. All the more of a reminder of how I struggle to manage adulthood.

  8. I found this on reddit and it was a good explanation and gave some great tips. I have done it but didn't use 7 bananas A few days ago, I took the plunge and bought some bananas. I was nervous, but excited. I grabbed a jar of coconut oil and headed for the shower. Now, I'm here to share what I learned trying this trick. Everything I share here is from the perspective of a cis-female who has been scared to do real messing for vaginal-health reasons. For the uninformed, the "Banana Trick" is one of two things. Sticking mashed up banana in your diaper to simulate wearing a messy diaper. Sticking pieces of banana up your butt to simulate messing a diaper. I did the latter. Here's what I learned: Start small. I remembered someone saying to start with SEVEN bananas the first time. By the third, I was bursting. I couldn't imagine trying to stuff four more on top of that. Firm bananas really are best for this. Mine were yellow with a bit of green still at the stems, and they were just right for what I was doing. It's a very messy process. Be sure to do it somewhere where clean-up will be easy. I got mashed banana all over both hands and all over the shower. Surprisingly, you don't really need lube. I lubed up my first banana, which turned completely to mush and didn't go in right. But the slippery smashed banana worked as its own lube after that. Break your bananas in half. They're much easier to get in than whole bananas. The first banana will probably just completely turn to mush against your butt. Push in as much of the smaller lumps as you can with your fingers/hands and then move on to the second half. It should be much easier for subsequent halves. Use your palm or the base of multiple fingers to gently push the banana in. If you use your fingertips, you'll only make a mess. Still fun, but not quite what we're going for. This is another reason why you ought to break the banana in half. The flat base will make it easier to insert. Have a fresh diaper ready and handy. You're going to want to get into it quick. As long as you've voided your bowels semi-recently, nothing but banana should come out. For cis-females, yeast infections are a non-issue. I was concerned about the sugary banana getting inside me and causing issues. However, I sat in my messy diaper for ~40 minutes, squishing it around, sitting on it, and even playing with my magic wand before showering, and three days later can report no issues. All-in-all, it was a ton of fun! I may go grab some more bananas from the fridge while I wait for responses here. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone who's been curious about messing, but is worried about smell, dealing with poop, or vaginal-health.
  9. I think it can be effective depending on what the purpose of the spanking is. It could be effective for humiliation, psychological regression and shame. If that were the purpose as the spanker, it would be helpful to grab the bulge from the outside between spanks, push the bulge in and grind it. then continue the spanking. If it were the purpose of punishment, then I would spank first then enema or however you choose to elicit pooping. Corner time with squats onto a chair would be helpful so they are almost nearly respanking themselves from the reddened bottom and squished in poop. Usually followed by clean up because dealing with skin breakdown is annoying

  11. Are there many other switches in here? I find that when I am in a chat or something, I have a hard time being able to do little space. Everyone just wants me to mommy for them. Or they offer to "parent" for me AFTER they get what they want (doesn't work because then I am fully in adult space). It just leaves me feeling a bit bummed out. How do other switches deal with it?
  12. I was a bit of both: I tried not to wear pants (preferring dresses) until I was 5 but it never stopped me from climbing a tree! I had Barbies and other dolls but I liked being out on my bike and digging huge holes (convinced we could get to China) at the park. I went to music classes and brownies but also played T-ball and soccer.
  13. I absolutely love and adore thick diapers. The thicker the better!!! I have even debated a diaper spreader to help with the widened sensation even more
  14. I am really frustrated and defeated. I really love the idea of a total loss of control and releasing the last big hurdle. you all make it sound liberating and freeing. over the past 7 years, I have tried it multiple times. It never works for me. My body just refuses to let go. I tried it this evening and it resulted in 4 hours of cramping with minimal release. Waves of discomfort that if I pushed, I felt like I became nauseated. after 4 hours, and trying to sit on the toilet in the diaper. Plus nearly vomiting 3 times, I relented. The release was still horrendous but it was quick. my question is: does it or can it actually get better? Or should I just relent and understand that it’s just not something my body is prepared to do. I just feel like a failure at the moment
