I picked up a prescription at Walmart, along with it I had a bag of Always Discrete pull-ups that I was going to try. The cashier did not give them a second look. Previous to this I had sent an email to Always and asked if they might be sutable for men. The reply was try them.

anyone have a size chart for them?

Currently I am wearing a Northshore Supreme, my over night disposable. I just got up a bit ago, wet, with a change to my cloth diaper as soon as they come out of the dryer.

Currently, I am wearing a cloth diaper from Baby Pants and the cover is from Protex. Prior to this change, I wore an overnight cloth diaper + doubler from Rearz and a plastic pant from Babykins.

I use a Northshore diaper doubler along with a day weight cloth diaper. It adds to the absorbancy and gives peace of mind about avoiding the possibility of leakage.

Yeah I have changed in a wayside rest areas restroom. Some time I would carry my diaper bag (cloth diaper and plastic pant)in and others I would just carry a single disposable diaper. when time to leave I would set the used diaper on the sink counter while washing my hands, then carry it to the trash can by the door. Not a big deal.

If I am changing a single cloth diaper it is standing up. If I am using an insert or will add a second diaper it is lying down.
