Today was one of those days.  Had to go and see my doctor for my arm it has been hurting me as I got tennis elbow going on.  It like locks up my right hand middle finger.  It really sucks as It takes a lot of effort to get the finger to straighten out.

Then after that I went to walgreens to pick up my meds and my moms medication.  Well felt that usual urge and bam wam before I could sit on the can it just came out.  Good thing I was wearing a diaper and a good brand as I made a mess.  Then went on to publix they have a single room bathroom well got cleaned up in there tried to put on another diaper well it was a medium and now I wear large and well the mediums used to fit but now they don't.  So I though it out and got dressed again and went to get something to eat now I am home soon going to take a nap.
