I am in my office already looking over my busy day with a dry, at the moment, SDK diaper discreetly hidden under my pants. I'll wet intermittently throughout the day without anyone knowing...I think...

Doing adult chores or other adult activity in a poopy diaper is a great dialectic experience.

A very wet night and up this morning soaked but not leaking in an In Control Be Dry diaper, no messy diaper for some reason.

This morning was almost like classical conditioning, as soon as my feet hit the bedroom floor, I messed my wet Kiddo Junior Plus diaper. That was about an hour ago so now I am sitting here finishing a cup of hot coffee while I enjoy the cacophony of the emotional and physiological sensations of warm, squishy poopy in my diaper pressing against my perineum, Squishy Sunday Morning.

Those are a lot of rules. Good fortune with you DID treatment. If diapers help with controlling behavioral health symptoms then wear diapers as you so desire.

I am ready for the evening and then bed in a Kiddo Junior Plus diaper. The ml. rating is confusing, one section of the website lists the ml as 4500, yet another section is 5500ml. Who cares, I am comfy and trust the diaper to get me through the night as long as I don't wet while laying on my side. Update: I was correct in trusting the Kiddo Junior Plus diaper to get me through the night without a leak. I am up this morning very wet and now also messy. There are no press-out leaks and am quite content and happy being wet and messy, at least for the time being.

A rare occasion because I did not wear a diaper to bed; I am not incontinent so not a problem. As soon as I got up, however, I put on a Tranquility ATN diaper and within 60 seconds I was wet and messy. I did a few exercises feeling my warm poopie in my diapie, then walked to the kitchen for coffee feeling my potty jiggle inside my diaper tickling my perineum. Now I am sitting here sipping coffee with a most enjoyable warm squishy load in my diaper while I type this. It's actually a challenge to type this because I am trembling with the psychophysiological sensations of my messy diaper. 🤗🫠😌

I can hold but when diapered I just relax and wet my diaper whenever, wherever, and with whomever. I hold my poopies unless it's early morning just after I get out of bed in my wet diaper at which time I also relax and mess my diaper.

I am enjoying a wet and messy Attends Premier diaper with a Gary Active Wear pant this morning. I think the color is called peach, almost a light pink.

I have no preference, depends on my mood. I like the pristine white diaper and the yellow hue when wet and I like the aesthetics of a subtle-more pastel printed diaper, e.g. Classico v2 diapers.

My morning Forsite Blue Stars AM/PM diaper is verrrry wet and messy. Sitting here sipping hot coffee with warm, squishy poopie in my diapie after I went potty in my diaper while in the kitchen getting my coffee. While most people would find messy diapers disgusting, on this forum we know the simple and intense emotional and physical sensations of relaxing or pushing as needed, stimulating the vagus nerve, while poopies fill our diaper, settle in the bottom of our diaper, with the warm, lumpy, squishy feelings caressing our perineum, feint stinkies wafting up to stimulate our olfactory nerve, our body tingling and trembling with the cascade of an intense psychophysiological catharsis, similar to an orgasm without ejaculation (which might come later as we rub our diaper), wondering just how bad our diaper is soiled until we visually can see our poopie diaper when we change. Fortunately for me I don't mind cleaning up after I messed my diaper, I don't like or dislike cleaning up, I don't find changing or cleaning up onerous, just a necessary-perfunctory responsibility to get clean, fresh, pleasant smelling with baby lotion and powder, a little air freshener, and before my wife is out of bed, she is not offended by any lingering evidence of poopie diaper. How do I feel right now?

I have been in a wet diaper for as long as 12 hours, but usually between 6-8 hours is my typical range. I was messy for as long as 4 hours, but my usual range is 2 hours. Currently this morning I have been wet for about 10 hours and messy for 1 hour.

Messing my diaper without pushing by simply relaxing and feel my diaper get full, warm, lumpy, squishy is my preferred way to go poopie in my diapie. Going potty in my diaper by just relaxing feels so natural, as if nothing unusual is happening.

Simple and uncomplicated answer for me, wearing a diaper is my best pee pee trigger. I just relax and wet my diaper.

I went to bed last night in a Fluffy Fly diaper and wet my diaper almost immediately before I fell asleep. I wet more during the night and now that I am up this morning, I am very wet and just messed my diaper. When I change and get nice and fresh and clean, I have a SDK diaper powdered and ready for a busy work day. I'll wet during the day but no poopy diapie around coworkers.

It's early Squishy Sunday morning and my Playtime diaper is verrry verrry wet from last night and just now verrry messy with a firm, solid poopy that is more sticky than squishy, with a large bulging potty getting flattened inside my stylish Playtime diaper, caressing my perineum making me tremble with pleasure. Going poopy in my diapee is such a natural thing for me that sometimes I have to remind myself not to go potty in my diaper when out in public, but I'll wet whenever I need to. Any stinkies, believe it or not, no--or maybe just a little. Here's a trick, a few Downy Unstoppable scented laundry boosters inside my diaper, crushed up keep me smelling very fresh. I will continue, however, not to mess my diaper in public, so as not to take a risk of offending anyone, courtesy prevails.

I'm afraid nothing new, except for me every messy diaper is a unique experience. This morning is similar to my other posts because I am up this morning in a wet and just now messy Fluffy Fly diaper sipping hot coffee with a warm, firm, poopie in my diapee. Sitting here my experience this morning is not really squishy, but a firm warm sticky ball of potty is getting compressed inside my diaper, pressing against my perineum. : Melting, hugging, and relieved...Sooo nice! Just a feint stinky sitting here.

SDK is a great diaper, I wet a lot during the night and now that I am up this morning, my SDK diaper is verrrry wet and I just messed my diapee. All is well, no leaks. Although SDK diapers are advertised as 4500 ml, trust me, I wet a lot last night, and I just checked, no press-out leak, of course my poopie is nicely contained in my diaper too.

I have been in my Attends Premier diaper and Gary Active Brief for about 8 hours, you can imagine how wet I am but no leaks!! I like the feeling of my wet diaper, but do not like leaky diapies, neither does my wife.

I started to go poopie in my wet morning diaper while I was walking down the stairs from our bedroom to the kitchen. Feeling my potty begin to fill my diaper made me tremble with pleasure.
