What are your thoughts on a diaper that gives you an attractive rear end? It sounds funny but sometimes there is so much bulk in front that the rear looks flat? Guess I'm looking for a diaper with good padding in back. Have fun, stay safe

Thanks Little Christine for your advice to "look before you leap" . Little Sherri describes her situation never having achieved "real incontinence". I don't want real IC either, just an approximation of urinary (not fecal) IC. That said what should I do? Thanks for the reminder about diaper cream!

Thanks, I sent a PM to those you mentioned. Hope they weigh in. I can already initiate a urine stream without too much thought while diapered. I think you are right greater frequency may be a help, that is wearing and wetting diapers a good deal more. I'm a little concerned about wetting when I am not diapered. My problem is wearing a diaper at night poses problems here at home.

At first I thought a onsie was primarily for AB, but now I know they are really important for keeping my diaper in place, otherwise there is sagging. Maybe that's a difference without a distinction. After all wearing a diaper is by definition somewhat Adult Baby,isn't it?

I'm not ready for 24/7, but I do wear a diaper every day. I am seeking and making progress towards conditional incontinence. That is uncontrolled wetting while diapered. Well I'm back at it. After a break of several months I am now once again placing a baby doll inside my diapers. It's quite a bundle but I've learned to handle it. The onsie keeps everything together and it is not as obtrusive as you might think. It's funny but the bulk of the diaper and doll make it nearly impossible to cross my legs and I waddle a bit. Since I last posted has anyone tried anything like this?

I recently bought a Baby Pants Onsie size medium. It fit fine, but was not pre-shrunk. When I washed the garment it shrunk. I was worried it would not fit, but after I put the onsie on the tight fit helps hold it all together. I'm pretty happy.

ABU pre-school diapers for daily wear and Bambino Magnifico diapers when I want something thicker. What do you think of these choices?
