  1. Another Japanese nappy company is stopping manufacturing infant nappies and only making adult nappies going forward. https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/business-68672186.amp
  2. I hope Lisa is smart enough to know what's going on and continue to help Sarah. Also although not ideal but with how she's been getting worse it's good to see Sarah get closer towards giving up fighting and accepting diapers. Hopefully Sarah can be saved by her friends and accept she needs diapers by the end of this.
  3. Part 2: Megan. The sound of footsteps thunder up a wooden staircase like a herd of elephants in a rushed panic. Behind a rundown door a girl is on top of a boy pounding his face in with a specific type of Calm in her eyes, she is not driven by anger, nor hatred but calm focus. The footsteps finally reach the door. “MEGAN! Get off of Thomas right now!” An angry man and woman shout in unison. Megan stops hitting on the boy and gets off of him. Despite being smaller and younger than the boy Megan managed to leave the boy on the floor for a long time. As she starts to walk away she spits out blood from her mouth onto the floor. “ Fine you can tell the cunt to keep their hands off of girls oh and to stop stealing peoples shit, nooo wait.” Megan gets up in their faces. “Oh no wait you enable his toxic misogynistic behaviour. So thank fuck I am heading off to an all girls school.” “Megan, no one enables anything, people just need to tell us what happens, and be honest about it.” Megan, not listening to them, walks out of the room to get on with her day and leaving this group home behind her. Megan walks into her own room to cool off from pounding the living daylights out of the kid she goes to sit down on her bed and just takes a second to breath before getting back up to continue her packing for leaving. Finally all packed up and calm again after letting loose on the social workers she takes a moment to finally look at herself noticing blood on her top, she opts to take it off and replace it with a pull over hoodie tossing the top on the bed not caring about it. Being from a group home Megan doesn’t have a lot of stuff she needs nor that she cares about beyond just a few key items that have always been with her from her old life before the group homes. Megan now in her mind calm, clean and ready to move on picks up her stuff and makes her way out of the house throwing her stuff beside the car before turning back around and yelling back into the house. “Right stuff is ready, I am ready, can we get going so I don’t have to deal with this place again.”
  4. EPISODE 1: First Days Are The Worst. Part 1 Rachel. Rachel lay fast asleep in her disney bed covered in frozen bedding as she slept she hugged tight her Olaf build-a-bear. Rachel as of just two weeks ago was now aged 10 for her age she was only just under the average height at 4 foot 3 inches. She has long red hair that right now looks like it has been through a hedge backwards. A creaking sound emerges from the door as a dark female figure enters the room and sits carefully on the edge of the bed. She sits there for a moment or two for what seems like eternity just watching Rachel sleep peacefully without daring to stir the child awake. Instead she just smiles for as long as she can before finally she must begin to wake Rachel up. She rubs Rachel’s shoulders gently trying to rouse the girl from her sleep. Rachel’s eyes half open as she lets out a small moan in complaint for what is going on. “Rise and shine my sweet, we have a long day ahead of us.” Rachel let’s go of her plushy rolls over and begins to sit up in her bed. “Did you really need to come in here to wake me up mum?” Rachel questions her mother. “Considering how lazy you have been over the summer young madam and how early we have to leave today I was not gonna leave it to chance.” Tired Rachel only gives her mother a sideways glance that says “ I have no idea what you mean.” in a typical pre-teen fashion. Rachel’s Mother looks over her daughter in her now uncovered flower printed PJ’s looking for any obvious signs of an issue over night but not seeing any she asks her about it. “Rachel, do we need to run you a wash today?” Rachel blushes a little at the direct question despite having to deal with her body now for 10 years and dealing with her issues of not staying dry for the last 4 months again after it seemed to stop for nearly 2 years when she was 8 she still was not used to the direct questions about it. “Yes I am gonna need a wash, I would have wanted to have one anyway for today.” “Okay sweet, put your PJ’s outside the door when I call you so I can get them washed before we have to leave and you know where to put your drynite.” “Okay, and yes yes I know a little more tact would be nice mum I am ten now not six I can be afforded a little bit more maturity with these things.” “Yes sweet you’re right I just forget, you are starting to become a big girl now and soon in a few short years a young woman that’s hard to adjust to for a parent.” Rachel’s mother gets up to leave the room to run the bath for her daughter. Once she is gone Rachel gets up herself and goes to her wardrobe to pull out her outfit for the day. She pulls out a pleated skirt that is simple and black, pairing it with a tee-shirt that has DC characters printed on it. She debates for a moment what to wear underneath her outfit. Over the summer they have been trying to see if she can manage wearing normal underwear during the day without issues but not feeling she wants to take the chance on her first day at a new school she pulls out the package of drynites and takes out a three she puts one on her outfit and the others in a small bag to carry with her. After having her wash and taking care of her teeth and all that Rachel gets dressed into what she picked out for the day and makes her way downstairs for breakfast. Rachel sits down on the sofa in front of the TV in the living room and her dog jumps up onto the sofa and sits next to her she turns to her dog to give him pets. “I am gonna miss you after today Rex you’ll be a good boy for mum though right.” Rachel's mum walks in with Rachel’s breakfast and places it on the coffee table. “That’s a cute outfit, sweet.” Rachel looks all nervous before speaking up. “ So um today I kinda don’t want an issue cause you know first day kinda so um wearing drynites today instead.” “That’s okay, did you take out changes?” “Yes two shouldn’t need more right?” “Not really but just remember to keep trying to not rely on them after today.” “Yeah I will just want a clean start, you know be able to make friends.” Rachel’s mum leaves the room and Rachel to eat after the last remark as she heads out to get Rachels suitcases in the car and everything sorted for the drive. After getting the car ready to go Rachel’s mum checks the time seeing it’s now 8AM she walks back into the living room to collect Rachel. “Alright TV off it’s time to leave now to be there on schedule for the day.” Rachel says one final goodbye to Rex and heads out to the car and straps in for the drive to her new school and new home till she graduates. The Phoenix Saints All Girls Preparatory Academy for ages 10-18. As nervous as she is sitting there waiting to pull away and start this new journey her optimism senses a new exciting adventure just on the horizon a short drive away.
  5. Interesting start so ten years ago is quite masc/neutral and present is quite fem so either the little is transgender to a degree or is a fem boy.
  6. It's a shame this story hasn't been completed it was so fun to read.
  7. I am glad you are open to critique that can often be the hardest thing to deal with as a creative. Some of the best advice I can give you if you're new to this keep things simple 1 plot point and set of hurdles at a time avoid sub plots and that practice with the basics then when familiar build on them with more complex techniques.
  8. Loving this story so far. Poor Ashley Walls do alot of damage when you walk into them however the fact it knocked her out feels very contrived and a drastic turn the story didn't need to take in the middle of all the suspense of the Mollie situation.
  9. This is a interesting story and that confusion between sex and diaper changes great humour.
  10. because they are mostly banned unless there is 100 percent reason to use them so we can give her Nanites it's her only chance right now Miss Holloway." that excerpt of dialogue is not only awkward to read with sentence flow it's also awkward and confusing to say.
  11. Got curious and went looking for that interview and Google gave me this tweet from 2015 on Aubrey Plaza's official Twitter. So the talk shows were not the first time she opened these cans of worms.
  12. Poor D.Va Don't think she would like that very much loosing a battle by that much of a margine.
  13. Then what about incorporating it as a separate heading with the chapter headings if not the title on each chapter post? Do think it kinda does suit the character around video games aspect of D. Va almost like it's her mental note and keeping score even more so with the set up from the last chapter. But as always keep up the good work.
  14. Glad you guys are enjoying the story so far.
  15. I took me some time around everything but here it is. Awakenings: Day 1: Part 4 Later on in the day after her meeting and a quick return to the dorm to change her nappy and a couple of other welcome week activities. Rachel back in her dorm is sat on her bed in just a top and her nappy watching Netflix off her laptop killing time, when her phone buzzes. She pauses her show and checks it. (Hey Rachel how did the meeting go?) The message read it was from Sophie who she met earlier in the day. (Oh hey it was fine I was able to get what I needed from it.) Rachel responds coyly not wanting to give away the meeting was about her nappies and incontinence and how she can change on campus. (That's good then! So do you want to come get some food with me in a bit?) Rachel pauses for a moment and looks down at her nappy, it's wet she knew that much but what she must of tuned out while watching TV was she messed her nappy as well. (I am gonna need a moment to do something first give me like half an hour.) (Okay sure meet me in the mall.) Sophie responds before disappearing offline. "Well time now for a new nappy." Rachel says to herself walking over to her nappy collection. Rachel always hated cleaning up from messing herself but it was part of her choice years back and she was happy with her choice and was determined to never go backwards and and after so many years she can't even if she wanted to. She was now stuck like this and so happy she is. Once Rachel finished cleaning herself up she put on some fairly nice clothes for the night. A long black dress with white frills around the neck, formal looking but not super serious like something she’d wear to a wedding or a funeral or something. The dress was long enough that it hid her nappies with ease. Satisfied she messaged her friend she was on her way. Rachel walks through a semi busy shopping mall over towards the food court looking for her new friend. She spots Sophie standing around some decorative potted trees. “Wow Rachel you look amazing. That dress is so cute.” “Thanks Sophie, so where were you thinking for food?” Sophie looks around then eyes up an american dinner themed place. “How about over there?” Sophie points to the place. “Looks good to me.” The two of them head over to the restaurant making their way through the crowd. end of part four: yes it's short that's down to my issues with dyslexia and dyspraxia. This is the fourth part of an arch that will last 5-6 parts all about Rachel's first day at university.
  16. It is already on the forums just hasn't been updated in a while. The joys of being super busy and dyspraxic dyslexic.
  17. I honestly haven't been working on this for months just had too much stuff going on honestly not sure if it will be updated maybe it will again soon we will see. Been working on another story at the moment bit difficult to link off my phone but it's called awakenings.
  18. Thanks glad you enjoyed it. Gonna be a while before the next part. 1st point at this point in time for Rachel I would say it's more awkward for Rachel to say something to people in those positions more so than hard as it's been a thing she has delt with for a long time. 2nd point we will see if that decision and over confidence goes against Rachel in time. However it might not be something she doesn't need access to as she may have other solutions etc or approaches to running low on nappies. So we will see.
  19. Thanks. Glad you're excited to see what is to come.
  20. Thanks So close to the end of the first part to this story Day 1 glad people are enjoying it.
  21. Awakenings: Day 1: Part 3 Sophie leads Rachel into a massive lecture theatre and through the large crowd of students Trying to filter through the doors to the room. The room is a massive 300 seat hall that resembles a modern day cinema more so than a lecture theatre. "Well here we are LT3, if you want we can sit together or I can leave you be now since you made it here." Sophie states looking back towards Rachel. "It's fine we can sit together if you want." Both the girls continue walking down into the tiered room and go grab seats in the middle. "Hopefully it's not too long until the talk starts." "Yeah as nice as this place looks sitting in lecture theatres for so long is boring beyond belief." Rachel retorts. "So what are you studying?" Sophie asks. "Art, what about you?" "Creative media specifically the analysis of it." "That sounds fu-" Rachel is cut off by the abrupt silence taking over the room as a tall slender man in a suit walks up to a microphone. The man introduces himself as on of the many Important chancellor's of the university before going on with the usual stick of how important education is and how young lives matter. Once the induction talk was over Rachel and Sophie headed out of the lecture theatre. "Thank goodness that's over with." "Yeah those induction talks can be quite boring" Sophie agreed. "Well it's been good to meet you however I have to run I got meet student services about something." "Okay Rachel it was good meeting you hopefully we can hang out sometime?" "Urgh sure Sophie here is my messenger account just drop me a line." With that Rachel walks away to find student services. On her way she detoured to the girls toilets to check over her nappy since she knew she wet herself quite heavily during the induction talk, satisfied everything was fine at least for now she carried on. Rachel arrived at student services and was greeted by a woman in a formal business like attire and taken into a small private office. "Hi there Rachel right?" "Yes miss." "Excellent my name is Sarah I am a member of the student services team here at the university what is it I can help you with today?" "I need access to the disabled toilets." Rachel says rather timidly looking down at her feet almost retreating into herself. "I see I do need to ask as to the reason why one as it is not overtly obvious like you are not in a wheelchair or something, and two it is so we can provide any additional support for any disability you have." Sarah tells Rachel in as comforting a manner as she can sound while trying to pry into the young girls private life. "Um I ugh um I am incontinent and wea- wear nappies." Rachel slowly stumbles out. "Ah I see that shouldn't be an issue to get you access, do you want access to specialist changing facilities as well with things like changing tables and emergency nappy stock as we have a few incontinent students here?" "I um carry my own supply and it's usually enough though can I still have access for the tables?" "Yes of course Rachel just give me your student card and I will get that sorted." Rachel hands her card over and after a few awkward minutes she is able to be on her way. end of part three: yes it's short that's down to my issues with dyslexia and dyspraxia. This is the third part of an arch that will last 5-6 parts all about Rachel's first day at university.
  22. It doesn't make sense to keep special event branding up longer than the event for a multitude of reasons money advertising drawing In new customers it goes on.
  23. Thanks indeed there are some big things to come but along way down the line when I have time to actually write.
  24. Awakenings: Day 1: Part 2 Rachel was now approaching the university campus, she walked down a moderately busy street filled with a steady flow of students heading towards the campus. Rachel could see part of the campus ahead of her. Four tall modern looking buildings covered in glass and steal at the end of the street bordering an intersection. One of the buildings stands out from the others as it looks more like a domed sail than a blocky rectangular tower. The others though had sleek angles and curves more equated with a hypercar than a building. This helped to make them blend in with the centre dome and not contrast as much. As Rachel neared the campus she stopped to take in the marvelous construction. Turning in place looking up at the buildings none of them massive in size at most only eight floors but to her it was still impressive and artistic. At the base of the buildings the road continued to wind its way through the campus splitting off at the intersection. There was a bit more greenery and small grassy areas with shrubs beyond the main part of the campus. Outside the domed building was a statue of a big bald man in a suit looking out at the sky. Rachel walked over to it to admire it. She looks up at the figure and down towards the plaque Infront of it. 'The Churchill campus was designed by building design students and completed in 2017 and opened to students later in the same year. Rachel walks through the doors and into the large atrium space that is designed to great visitors and students as they walk in and provide easy access to important information. The space is sleek and white with purple accents from the chairs and sofas scattered about the place. Rachel walks up to an information board and starts browsing for her room. As she is doing this a girl is walking into the lobby not really paying attention to her surroundings distracted by her phone. She is wearing jeans, T-Shirt and a denim jacket. She has long blue and purple hair tied into two braided pigtails. She bumps into Rachel sending Rachel off balance and knocking herself to the floor. She looks up at Rachel up on hitting the floor. "Whoa could you be more careful please?" Rachel says not wanting to sound angry over what happened. "Hey sorry I don't make a habit of bumping into cute girls… I mean people… I mean I don't make a habit of hitting people… by ugh walking into them this girl says. Rachel looks at her confused as she dusts herself off. "Urgh sorry I am kinda awkward with new people. I am Sophie sorry for bumping into you kinda distracted didn't see you." "It's okay try and be more careful might hurt yourself or someone else next time. Oh and I am Rachel." "I will try to remember the advice. Which room are you in?" "LT3" "Same come with me I can show you where it is. I got a sister that just graduated she showed me campus layout and where important things are." Sophie starts to walk off, despite the way they ran into each other Rachel follows her since she appears to know where things are. end of part two: yes it's short that's down to my issues with dyslexia and dyspraxia. This is the second part of an arch that will last 5-6 parts all about Rachel's first day at university.
  25. Glad I peaked your interest progress on the next part is kinda non existent to slow at the moment due to moving back from uni and other things. But I aim to have it out soon within a couple of days hopefully.
