  1. What the heck Angus?! Here I am stuck in the hospital and you are gonna post something I can’t have! I want food, but currently can’t eat it anyway. I guess this liquid stuff is ok for the moment. I have survived over a month with no oral food intake and it sucks! Hope y’all enjoy them!

  2. You need to do some very deep soul searching before this. I have been incontinent most of my life and though I love being in diapers some days you wish you could turn it off. I have now been in diapers full time for 18 years and though I love being this way, you just need to make sure you can afford to be in diapers all the time. Because buying diapers will be up there on your primary purchase list right after food. I wish you the best and that you can figure out for sure this is what you want.

And if your having the surgery in March of 2023…hope you got your Time Machine fired up.

  3. For those required to be in diapers it’s not really a choice, but if I wasn’t diaper dependant I think the hotter than hell weather here in Texas could cause me to find something cooler to wear. Since I’m diaper dependent I just roll with what I’m presented. It does get sweaty in diapers, jeans, and sitting on a horse for many hours.

  4. As you said us fully incontinent types don’t get a choice where or when these things happen. I don’t always notice when I’m going number 2 anymore, and I take deodorizer pills to keep the smell down. However, of the times I did notice when going number 2. I would say when I had gone to a Texas Ranchers conference in Austin and was talking to the governor of Texas and felt my diaper filling would be my most embarrassing. I don’t think anyone noticed or if they did they did not make any gestures that they did. The other most embarrassing time would be when I had gone in for surgery. They needed to catheterize me to measure my urine output and they had undone my diaper to put in the catheter in and the poop started to flow. Even though us incontinent people have no way to control these things, it still can make us feel like circus freaks when they do happen in these situations. And sometimes even when in private it’s still gives you strange feelings when you notice your going.

  5. I have zero urinary or bowel control, so I can’t call them accidents. It’s just normal for me after 16 years of no control. I usually only notice I’ve done something when I stand and my diaper feels heavier. I’m not allowed to change myself. Only my wife or nurse can. I’m kept double diapered as I am a very heavy wetter and have to take in a lot of fluids due to other health issues. So for me it’s just a normal feeling if I feel anything.

  6. As rob110 said...it’s so much easier when you accept it and move on. I have been in thick diapers for over 15 years thanks to a drunk driver. I lost bladder and bowel control due to nerve damage. I was a DL before the accident, coming to terms with being in diapers the rest of my life made a significant change in my depression. I have to be double diapered at all times due to being a heavy wetter and having to intake a large amount of fluids each day due to medications I have to take. I still love being diapered though I have no choice but to wear them everyday. Thankfully, I have an amazing wife that married me after the accident that took my control away. She married me knowing that I would be diapered and she still changes most of my diapers. (That was her first rule. I’m not allowed to change myself. Only her or my home health nurse can do that.) I would definitely advise you to stay hydrated cause than can cause you major issues. It is a pain to drink a lot of fluids each day, but you need to do it. So I will end with, accepting being in diapers can make stress and anxiety so much less. So in the end you have to decide what is best for you health. Feel free to message me if you would like any further information. Good luck and stay padded!

  7. Depression really sucks! Have been dealing with it for over 15 years. Spent a few weeks in a mental hospital because of it. It’s a very hard thing to deal with at times. Medication has helped but I also have many days I am down. Always available for chat or message.

  8. Even when someone else changes you there is always small things that would make the fit better. But like you said, then you get the one that’s just perfect and it’s bliss. I haven’t changed myself in 14 years and my wife or nurse change me and they get my diapers on perfectly more than I ever could myself.

  9. I know it’s a lot of work, but home made baby food is the only way to go. My wife makes all my food and it tastes exactly like what she cooked! Chicken and dumplings and turkey pot pie are my favorites that she makes.
