First I'd just want them to be compassionate and understand that I wear due to a medical condition.

To me it seems like a bit of a double standard.

I agree with Wett Gina, Sometimes I use them as stuffers in my pull-ups and they work great and at a good price.

I've been wearing some kind of protection like pads and/or pull-ups for well over a year.

I know this thread has been done before but there are some new baby diapers out there and I was wondering which work best as a stuffer. I'm specifically interested in best capacity and also which swell the most. I've only used Luvs (size 5) and have been really impressed with their capacity, swelling and they don't clump much if at all. Please let me know what your experience has been.

I certainly don't go out of my way to "show off" my diapers but I don't do anything specific to try to hide them either.

Thanks for all the great replies. Yesterday I purchased a couple of bags of Tena Pullups for Women at our local Walmart. As usual the young lady cashier was very friendly and didn't even blink at what I was buying even though that was all I was buying. There was only one person behind me in line and she didn't seem to notice, or at least didn't give any indication that she noticed, what I was buying. All in all another very pleasant buying experience.

The bigger and better the diaper the better I sleep, just that simple.

I just recently tried the Tena for Women pull-ups and really liked the fit and was surprised at the amount they held.

I know this sounds a bit strange but I've found that lately I'm actually enjoying buying diapers and pads. Maybe it's some sort of exhibitionist thing although I've never had any tendencies like that. It's not like I run around making it obvious that I'm wearing a diaper/protection but somehow it seems like fun to put the bags of diapers up on the counter like it's just a bag of chips. I've never had a cashier other than at a medical supply store say anything other than if I wanted them put in a bag. At the medical supply they may ask you if your sure of the size/type or if you need any other items but they've always been very professional and it's been a very comfortable situation. Maybe it's just that I'm getting so comfortable wearing them 24/7 that I've just totally accepted it as just a part of me now. My Wife (obviously) and several of my good friends know I wear diapers 24/7 and they're just fine with it since they know it's basically a medical IC thing. Anyway, does anyone else actually enjoy buying diapers and what good experiences have you had?

I've never gotten any "looks" from the cashier but if I ever did I'd just own it and say, "Yeah, they're for me and I'm wearing one now, want to see?".

I always wear a pull-up diaper (usually with a slit pad) for daytime use for my somewhat controlable BPH induced urge icontinence.

My reason is BPH (Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia) or in other words an enlarged prostate gland.

Due to BPH I had been having a problem with drips after urinating for the past year or two.

Depends Real-Fit work great for me with an Assurance guard (slit in back) for occasional nighttime minor leaks caused by my BPH. As mentioned previously the "best diaper" is what works best for an individual's situation.
