    the relationship you have with your bf is the exact same relationship I have with my fiancee and i would not trade her for the world. she found out that i was incontinent on our first date but when it happened i was really scared to tell her because i thought she was gonna leave me.

    being (medically) incontinent, i have accidents in public all the time and im really anxious about it. no-one really notices (eye contact if its just us hanging out)

    usually i wake up needing to be changed. during the day 3-4 times unless im sick or have really bad anxiety then i have more accidents.

    forcing yourself to become incontinent and being medically incontinent are two different things ... talk to someone who's medically incontinent and they will tell you all the downsides

    I know that I cant help it because I have no control but I still feel ashamed about it. i get anxious in public or in crowds for fear of an accident so i dont go out unless my fiancee's with me.

    due to disability im incontinent and wear them 24/7. i cant feel when i need to go until after i've already messed my pants. thankfully my fiancee is understanding and willing to change me when I need it but im still embaressed.
