I get sharp cramping pains in my bladder. They can get so bad they run down my legs. Mine is due to a neurological disorder caused by my sarcoidosis. It is a form of peripheral neuropathy If you have tingling and/or numbness in the legs this could be a sign of this problem. A bladder infection or bladder stones can also cause strange problems.

Try becoming a diabetic and have to get up every two hours. Plus i would have a hard time getting back to sleep. and its cold in the winter. Now I wear with a couple stuffers and if i wake and need to go i just let it flow and go back to sleep. No getting out of bed and turning the lights on. I have even done it while half asleep.

Incontinent till 12. Then i just liked to wear diapers they felt great and are fun. Have always wore when i could. Then in the late 70s all the new and better types of disposable adult diaper came on the market and i was hooked. Plus i found DPF and knew there were many more that wore for fun. Since 2002 i have had a autoimmune neurological disorder neurosarcoidosis and that gives me urinary urgency and if i can not find a restroom within minutes i get painful cramps in the bladder and running down the backs of my legs. I also have diabetes and have to go every hour or so. Why stay cooped at home when i like to wear diapers. I have been 24/7 for about 4 years now. I likely will wear the rest of my life and enjoy it.

main computer duel boot Linux Ubuntu and XP. my backup computer Linux mint laptop on mint. and my builds(from parts from thrift stores) are mint soon to be turned into security computers to run a camera system that records on movement only. I also have a mint pen-drive i can plug into ant PC and run mint to connect to the Internet without any history or other information being left in the PC. all my bookmark log, in data, and other data i need to surf the web is on this pen drive with a master password to use it. All i have to do is plug it in a USB port go to my computer and the pen drive and it will boot as the operating system. it even has a anti key-logger so that the host computer can not record my keystrokes When i unplug it may data goes with it. And its fully independent of the operating system on the host computer. I can also load a operating system on a computer from this pen drive if a have a computer without a OS.

With me i will be carrying my medications my TENS unit and my Cpap along with my carry on bag. Medical equipment is not counted as carry on so i carry that in my separate Cpap bag so i can carry everything else like diapers in my carry on bag. the airlines also can not charge bag fees for medical equipment. With me once they see the medical equipment they will not question the diapers.

I have a lot of pain from my fibromyalgia and neurosarcoidosis and use it medically. I know a large number of people that use it for medical reasons and not one of them has ever been arrested for driving under the influence. But i know a lot of people who have DUIs from alcohol. Most people that smoke pot just use enough to get a buzz not get totally plastered. Most people that use pot medically don't even have to smoke it to the point of getting a buzz just enough to cut the pain level. Me i don't smoke it i use a vaporizer to take mine because you get the THC with out the burning smoke products. There are also brownies, home made marijuana candy. and a new one i just found out about marijuana peanut butter.

One company i worked for quit using the Pee test. Too many known drug users were passing the test.(they had a undercover on the job.) Years ago when i first went on the Internet i misspelled my name and used a pobox for the billing address. I use the misspelling when i join sites i also list the town i live in wrong (next town over) I use screen name ANNED for all sites that i don't want tracked as you can not google Anned and track me (by the way anned stands for ANonymous NED) I also have a 8 gig flash drive with a portable Linux OS that i can put in any PC and operate from. This way i do not leave a history on other computers. capacity and absorbency rate is not everything. i find that when really wet many diapers leak when you roll on your side. with 50 years of wearing diapers i have found that attends 10 elastic waistband style with stuffers to be best, attends with its wider area between the legs will hold more stuffers and last longer.plus the tapes can take the extra weight of all the stuffers. I also like a very thick diaper when i am having a fun day and i still wonder why no one notices when i put 4 to 5 cheap thrift store diapers in a attends and soak them. They get so swollen up that i can hardly walk.

I don't think I would care. It would be kind of funny to see their reactions though. I have gone to Burning Man festival and wore just a diaper and t-shirt for 4 days and that year there were about 45,000 people at burning man(2001)

If you have a place that you can get some sunlight on the area (nude)that helps a lot. about twice a week will do. Sunlight creates vitamin D in the skin and that helps prevents skin rashes and bacterial growth

I have a small day pack for carrying my diapers. If i am going to be traveling i also carry a workout bag for used diapers. The funniest thing i had happen one time was when traveling i stopped at a store to get more ice and food. It was a hot day so i had left the windows down a couple inches as there was nothing valuble for anyone to steal. anything of value was locked in the trunk I came out after shopping and found my used diaper bag missing. poor thief got a bag of used wet adult diapers. I bet that was a surprise.

I am a Vietnam vet(blue water) with 10%(hearing) and on a VA pension due to major health problems. What I have is sarcoidosis, neurosarcoidosis. with a heart problems (heart attack and 5 way bypass)fibromyalgia and now diabetes. I have been going to the VA since 1994 when i was out of work and had gallstones. I like my doctors at the VA i go to as they are almost all doctors from UCLA and some of the best docs around. With the neurosarcoidosis i have been having urinary urgency so for the last couple years i have worn depends underwear to my appointments where they may see them. But never tried to get them to supply me.yet. For other types of appointments like eye test or pulmonary like the ones i am going to this week i will wear a diaper with stuffer. i only drive part way (60 miles) and take the metro link trains and buses about (65 miles)the rest of the way and its sometimes hard to find a restroom. But i do know that some vets are able to get attends or other more absorbent diapers then depends because when i am around the hospitals i have seen them.

I have taken off my diaper on a nude beaches many times and re diapered when i was leaving, i don't hide that i wear a diaper i just slip it off and put it in my bag. There were no children around and and the beach is known for gays walking around showing off and guys in drag. I have also seen a number of lacy panties on guys over the years. At least here in Calif most nude beaches have a general nudist area and a area off to one side that is used by the gay and fetish people. For blacks beach its the north end almost to the state beach area. other beaches have there own areas. I went to burning man in 2001 and wore just diapers and a t-shirt for 4 days. The theme that year was the 'seven ages of man' and everyone just thought it was a costume. Go and just have fun wearing your diapers because no one will think it strange, you will see a lot stranger people. For the last two years i have worn depends pull ons to my doctors appointment at the VA I have a autoimmune neurological disorder(Neurosarcoidosis with Peripheral neuropathy) and though i have never had a accident they do not know that but i do have bladder urgency and have complained about it, my primary care doctor claims it from a enlarged prostate i say its neurological.
