The longer you put it to the back of your mind the easier it will become. I did, they did a VERY UNPLEASANT urodynamics test. It showed I have a very tiny bladder now and very weak muscular control. I get prescribe diapers every month and they prescribed me medication which I told them I tried but the side effects were miserable so I stopped taking them.

So this morning I wake up and kind of push my girlfriend over because she is quite the bed hog and she goes 'uh oh' I asked what was wrong and she replied "I forgot to put a diaper on" She lifted off the bed and there was a large wet spot under her...... Here's the thing, shes not an official bedwetter! She became interested in being a diaper wearer and being a baby when we started dating about six months ago and for the last four months has been wearing every night to bed..... So to answer a lot of peoples questions yes, you can become a bedwetter through training..... Better make sure to have a pee pad on your mattress

I guess after years of wearing full time you just stop thinking about it till it starts getting a bit soggy and you know when you need to change by that.... or i might feel down there to 'check' occasionally and judge how much time I have due to that

I decided to be incontinent because all of my life I have been facinated with wearing diapers and did so as often as I could. Four years ago I gathered as much information as I could about wearing diapers full time and decided that this was what I wanted and needed. I came to the realization that my love for diapers was never going to go away and that my happiest moments in life were when I was diapered. This was all the assurance I needed. I have been diapered full time, comfortable with myself, and comfortable with telling others and not worrying about what others thought. I will be diapered for the rest of my life due to need now and my desire will never go away. This is why I knew incontinence was the way to go.

I have been diapered full time for a number of years. The thing with the incontinence is 90% of the time you will feel it... the longer you go the less and less you can slow down or stop it from coming. I had this realization a couple months ago. A mild amount of control will come and go depending on the situation but like you said over all your control is gone. I have registered with my doctors as incontinent as I have some upcoming surgeries for some injuries while in the Army. For one thing they send free 'crappy' diapers and another thing for when I go into surgery they can properly care for my needs. It was the best decision for me to finally take that leap and become comfortable with myself in a diaper. It instilled a great amount of new found confidence as well as a more positive overall mood and well being.

Well now that I am incontinent I sometimes forget to check but in the morning sometimes my gf will reach down and give my crotch a squeeze and tell me I need to go change

When I was getting out of the army I was in one of the offices that the civilians worked in... there was a lady in a long jean skirt and she kept pulling at her top whenever she was walking around to keep the top from riding up and every step she made had that swish sound that a cloth backed diaper makes and im pretty sure she had the outline in the back of a diaper. Well I havent gone without a diaper in over 4 years..... and my current girlfriend I told a couple days into us dating and she doesnt mind and has even become a diaper lover herself. Her sisters know because they might have seen it peeking out of my jeans or something... some of her other family know.... Most of my family knows and a lot of my good friends.... Not because I go around flaunting it but I don't go to any great lengths to conceal or hide it.

I do feel the conflict sometimes of being a diapered daddy but I just turn around and think.... who the hell made the rules?
