Glad to see goals are set and the excitement. I have been in diapers full time for thirteen years and not exactly sure when the incontinence really started to set in but every day is a new adventure. While not every day in diapers is sunshine and rainbows I have not regretted my decision. Being in diapers full time and developing incontinence was a goal I set a long time ago and once I decided this is my life from now on I stuck to it. In my medical records I have incontinence and I get diapers from the VA every month.

Congratulations, I started my full time journey close to 13 years ago. I couldn't see myself any other way. No matter how prepared you think i am i still get surprisedith the frequent leaks and unexpected Oops did that just happen. It just keeps the challenge alive and keeps everyday a new excitement. I still am happy I made the choice

Sweet guys I've been diaper dependent now for 9 or 10 years and am happy as can be

I just left the hospital after a knee surgery. Was in the same diaper I went into surgery in. After I woke up I told the nurse I felt wet.... she confirmed as I was loopy and didn't have much feeling below my belly button. My wife had to go get my diaper bag and in the mean time they had depends pull ups. They put one on me but my penis was pointed upward and, due to the anesthetic, my bladder was completely full and I couldn't pee but the nurse began massaging my abdomin and pee was squirting out soaking everything. She ended up straight cathing me to release my bladder then helped me change into on of the diapers my wife brought in.

I've been this way for about 4 years now. It only gets better with time

It's really hard to say for me. It depends on the day lol. Someday I have literally no control. Some days I have some control..... I was at the casino and felt like my bladder was going to explode while sitting at a poker table..... went into the bathroom and my diaper was soaked but still peed a good amount into the toilet while changing. Then yesterday in between changing went naked into the kitchen and peed all over the floor. I'd like to think my control is basically gone but always have that.... maybe it's not. Idk either way I can't be trusted without padding. When we go to the pool I don't wear a diaper and almost always have a puddle of pee under my pool chair

I'm way past the point of no return. Between the dribbles and the small bladder and limited bowel control my life would be a nightmare if I gave up diapers. I would have to take medication to reduce bladder spasms and frequent wetting..... I'm very happy with my choice

Had some alcohol last night while hanging out with a buddy..... came home in a soaked diaper. Got home and was bare butted trying to cuddle with my wife. I woke up an hour later and had completely soaked the bed. My wife scolded me for not wearing a diaper

Well for one thing you have less pelvic muscle strength, can effect ejaculation if still able to perform, prolonged diaper usage can reduce speed count/fertility, bladder can lose its elasticity, if not emptying fully can cause bladder drop leading to the need for catheterization which can lead to urethral scarring,...... I'm sure I'm missing some things

Exactly..... I forgot to take spare diapers to work last night..... let's just say half the night was miserable.... damp pants rushing to the bathroom and the constant fear of impending doom was casting a cloud over my head

Reading through this made me think about my diapered position.... I've been 10 years diapered full time..... I am in the same position you are.... I am very happy with it. Yes sometimes I do get a bit worried that this is permanent and I have no choice anymore but then I snap back and rejoice..... I've wanted to be diaper dependent for most my life and now I am.

No, still have control of the bowels if if I need it but the "oh crap" better get to the toilet now.... so the control is diminished. Bladder is for the most part involuntary. But that is also tricky.... there are times where I'm sure I'm gonna have an accident but don't and other times where I don't think I'll have one but ends up wet. I've had a urodynamics test done and have a very small bladder with a thickening of the walls so this is permanent for me

I can tell you for years I focus on trying to lose control.... After a while I realized the more I focused on it the more control I had. Once you just make it a routine of strapping on the diaper all the time and stop romanticizing over it you will find you have more unconscious accidents. Honest at this point I can hardly ever remember consciously wetting. Many times I know I remember wetting I just cant remember when.

Nope not rude at all. We joke amongst each other all the time. Actually my buddy said he needed a few of my diapers cuz of his wife lol she then proceeded to tell an oops i crapped my pants story and we all had a good laugh. No need for situations to be awkward.....

A lor of it has to do with diet and the time frame. Yes if you make a face, grunt, and then stand there for a half hour people will know. But if it begins to happen mid conversation and you do not pani ie poker face and politely finish your conversation and go take care of yourself people will be none the wiser. Like I said this is how ive been doung it for years now and, while I dont make it a habit of starting a conversation while i have poop in my diaper, i sont freak out when it happens. The last thing most people are thinking when they are around you is "I bet he has pooped his diaper". Now some of my friends when my wife and I have been hanging out did notice me excuse myself and ask "did you have an accident" but thats because the knew the cercumstance in advance that I have "continence issuses". But that is the only time I have been specifically asked but most of the time its never been brought up other than my friends wife jokingly asking for a couple of my diapers because she is telling a recent story of when she pooped herself. Another thing is when youve been living this way a while you learn your bodys timing and plan around that. Yes unexpected accidents come up but for the most part you know whats going on and how to plan accordingly. Its not like, unless you are sick, gonna be walking arpund constantly pooping yourself. It usually happens once or twice a day and ypu learn to schedule ypur day accordingly
