  1. Don’t forse you pee to come out because that is exercising your sphincter, that is bad! You need to pee naturally. Be patient because results will creep up on you. I heard with sphincter muscle atrophy even if you ouch down to pee it makes no difference because the muscle has become so weak their is no strength so you dribble the same amount all the time.
  2. Mark - you know that’s a fantastic idea conparing both our journeys together. I think we both have many things to add here because our journey into diaper dependency are very similar in their paths. On your thread that got deleted I was so pleased to read it because it had so many similarities to my journey. with my night time wetting I’m finding it less difficult because I don’t get erections and can pee while I have one knee bent. I like this because my pee dribbles down to the back seat of my nappy making it wet. I love that feeling. I have difficulties peeing lying flat in bed because my pee seems to store in my bladder more and because all other times I’m wetting freely my bladder is starting to feel fuller and it makes me feel comfortable. I think you should instead of lying flat have one of your knee bent. I play counting games to relax and that way I can pee more easily. After peeing I’m working on keeping my sphincter completely relaxes like I do in the day.
  3. This is a theoretical question. Do you think its feasible that a person in their 30s can have a radical prostatectomy to prevent prostate cancer because of family hisotry of cancer. Do you think if they outlined that they want all the prostate removing and are not concerned about maintaining continence or erection ability do you think a surgeon would do the surgery. If you went to some unscrupulous place in South Asia and had the sugary is there potential for a lot of complications, is it not just the case of having the prostate cut out and you sewn up. Would a person be able to go to a mainstream place in Thailand and have it done without many questions asked on the understanding prevention is better then the cure??

  6. Depending on who you ask there is a slipt difference saying that wearing 24/7 will not make you incontinent and those that say wearing 24/7 will make you incontinent. I’m more inclined to say that wearing all the time has had some effect on my continence level and I’m only 6 weeks in. I’m already dribbling small amounts with no clench reflex. The only time I automatically clench is if I cough. I think because I could very easily wet before (I associated nappies with wetting) it was more easier to wet so I’m not starting from the beginning and learning how to wet. When sitting on my sofa with my feet up I’m dribbling away without clenching my sphincter and these times I practice so it become an ingrained behavior. If I continue going down the 24/7 road what other things will be noticeable? How will the progress be? Will it turn into stress incontinence because I am more noticeable dribbler when I’m have a poo. Like a long after dribble.
  7. I think it's a good thing. I'm noticing a difference. I went for a poo on the toilet today and while it slipped out without much pressure I noticed that I'm peeing more. I left a puddle on the floor plus I peed a little because my sphincter is always relaxed without the clench relax. I'm not concerned but on all the 24/7 wearing posts I have read I have never heard anybody mention this before so was wondering if it's normal in the sense of 24/7 wearing?
