      Got the little one tonight, I don't wear when she's home. She's potty training and it'd be a bit odd for her to see me in diapers when i've been telling her for months that big girls don't wear them, hehe. Don't want her to walk in on anything and be confused.

    just bought my daughter a 52-pack of luvs for $11. think i could get 5 bambinos for that. the world is an unfair place!

      I think the world is, in this case, quite a fair place. If the US are anything like the UK in this respect, all baby and children necessities are VAT/ sales tax free and subsidised to keep the strain off the young families. I'm not saying that you should be glad to pay so much for your own nappies, be glad that your daughter's are so cheap! ;-)

      really? they are not sales tax free or subsidized here. that would be nice... i did get assistance with her formula when she was smaller and i was making less money but not everyone does, and there's no help with diapers unless you're on welfare! you are right, i should be thankful though, at least a case of bambinos lasts me like a year, if i had to pay $60 for every case of my daughter's diapers i'd be living in a cardboard box O.O
