I'm retired/disabled for the time being; I used to be a flooring contractor/installer, a job which I loved severely to the point of almost destroying my back/wrists/hips. 15 years of double-time work was too much in the end, but I get to spend time with the kids now and get them raised. I missed enough of their childhoods being away at work...

That's pretty much the size of it. Several people in chat were dismayed that just because Cynda was gone that there was still talk about her, but human nature being as it is, talk is to be expected for the first day or two after such a phenomenon occurs. I've already noticed that talk about this event and herself in general has dropped drastically. So, as a concession to my colleagues who didn't agree with my above reasoning: It just took a little time to prove my point. No harm, no foul. The best part is that many chatters have stated that since Cynda's banishment, things just seem more upbeat and they're more likely to return to chat more often. THAT is a result that no one can either deny or knock; The benefits are already revealed. Let's keep this up!

OK, you got me there. Now...about Benny Hinn... I knew a guy who used to work event security and was on staff for Benny Hinn's appearance here. Not only did Benny Hinn have an amazing sense of distrust of things around him (A trait of OCD), but one of his rules for all event staff was: He was never to be looked in the eye. Very strange...

I'm witnessing Cynda coming unglued in DPF, the only AB site she's not banned from; She's taken on several other IDs in an attempt to get some relief, and it's tragic if not somewhat funny. But she still can't see how many people here didn't care for her and her attitude: All she is saying is "Curious and Bobby did this!" in DPF. Something must be truly wrong if she only cares to acknowledge Curious and myself in the matter of who doesn't care for her.

The last time I felt this way, I was on the roof of my house installing shingles; I was fixing the house to sell due to the fact it had gone into foreclosure proceedings and the deadline was minutes away. If the sale was not concluded by 5pm that day it would be on the block at the sheriff's auction the next day and everything would be lost. But I pressed on anyway. At 4:45pm my cordless phone rang: It was my realtor... "You can exhale now; The trustees have the recording numbers and two checks on their desk. Your house is sold!" After I hung up the phone, I put down my air nailer and reached for two microbrews a few feet away I had iced over and saved for this moment; Even though I hate beer I bought them...one for me and one for my neighbour Victor, who was supervising my roofing. I should've leaped for joy, but I didn't; All I did was sit there calmly, letting the reality wash over like a good, warm spring rain. The moment of truth was over and I won; I beat the bank. 16 feet above the ground I just stood and looked around at the foggy grey afternoon sky and at my neighbourhood, which would be a part of my past in 96 hours. Very happy, but very calm. I sat down after a few minutes and finished the last of the roofing without much incident. And that's how I feel about this moment right about now.

You should be script-writing for politicians, but it'd be dull and boring, not to mention a waste of your talent! Curious and babykimmy25: I don't know entirely what got between ya, but I hope you two can rise above it, because you're both excellent people. Perhaps it is indeed the 'clash of charisma' issue, but if you both could probably try different expressions, it could balance out? I love ya both and want to see neither of you leave. As a friend to both Kimmy and Curious, I , as a third party, can't even conceive how these two people can come to this; I've never seen them fight or fight over anyone; They both get along with everyone, myself included and it's a pleasure to have them both on the chat. They both have something to contribute, but perhaps it's a clash of charisma? It's happened, and I hope that they can both resolve this and be friends, because they were friends before. It'd be great to see this matter resolved happily. Cynda, on the other hand, needs professional psychiatric help.
