As you can see from photos the medium size LOOKS and seems LARGER... but without being too loose. A very nice fit. Nice snug feeling.... First impressions: (regardless if I use this brand strictly for my MRI's visits 3 or 4 times a year and they WORK WONDERFULLY) I like the way it's a bit larger than most "medium adult diapers I wear and have worn. Adult diaper, Large size review - FIRST IMPRESSIONS: Large underwear label is upside down - is this a deal breaker?- no, but it is noticeable by grabbing the bag by the handle, this is a QC (Quality Control issue) VERY NICE soft plastic.... nice printing, NOT blatant nor subtle... about right. (This is my personal opinion as a former printer by trade and > I am not an ABDL at all, < but was DL until MS had other plans) Sticky tapes or aka tape tabs: Their ad photos shows somewhat narrow tape tabs... This is INCORRECT and they are in fact WIDER than their photos which is a PLUS. They are an opaque white, and very sticky. I however move around alot while working 14 days and cover up ALL adult diaper tapes with 3M brand white duct tape, (silver duct tape looks trashy to me so I use white) - I will add a photo later.... What do I think about this Large Aimisin Adult diaper after FIRST USE? I think this is "a great home diaper" if you planning on staying home and YOU FLOOD adult diapers and expect them to hold everything the FIRST TIME wetting. (Sundays tests will be just that. FLOODING only.) Maybe if you are planning on short trips to the store and back, and you DON'T FLOOD IT.... it should be fine. What product changes would I make if I owned the company that had these made? I definitely would plan on making the center crotch areas WIDER in the plastic backing. IF NOT THE WHOLE DIAPER wider by an inch or 1.5 inches wider. I would also make them THICKER and an absorbency of at least 5000 ml and not it's 101 ounce rating. Amazon ad states: High Absorbency: Offering day or night protection with the fast-absorbing core. A huge capacity of 101 Ounce. Which is 2986.93 ml Would I buy them again? Maybe.....Maybe the large size is "a tic too large for me" - it doesn't fit "tight" through the crotch as other brands have. BUT again I am more a medium waist size and should give them the benefit of doubt until I get some mediums. So I reserve final purchase thoughts until I get a chance to get a medium size. Price point $29.99 ($4.28 / 7 Count bag)is a bit high for a lightweight adult diaper, but again this is printed with ABDL characters and that costs money to do so. As a medical need / use..... Alot of elastic to form around me all over. Super nice tall leak guards, VERY SOFT inside the underwear / pullup, and better than I expected. While I was out doing errands and in the checkout line in a retail store...11:51 am , 10-22-2022 I had to let go and the underwear took all of it. I didn't flood it but used caution...just the very front was wet, but started to swell up some.... I had another short trip to make and bet myself it wouldn't work any farther and not have leaks. I did wet this a second time and it soaked all the way into the back of the pull up / underwear and never dripped or leaked out. 12:44 pm , 10-22-2022 I have used now about 4 ...5:31 pm , 10-22-2022.... and I can say, these are better than ANY Depends adjustable underwear I used for a few years and now I am glad I found these. I have been using them today around the house after errands and while even sitting down the underwear / pullup seems to soak into the crotch and rear area better than any other adult underwear / pull ups I have ever used. Even the ALWAYS brand, Depends adjustable ones, Walmart Assurance Underwear's didn't do that without having side leaks or in the crotch leaks. I wonder if these would work well INSIDE their adult diapers for a "doubler" ? I wore a 5th one for around the house and had some company stop by.... 6:17 pm , 10-22-2022 they stayed here for about 2 hrs and my "small wetting issues went undetected and it never leaked. I never push pull ups or the disposable underwear past its limits unless I am here at the house by myself or with the wife and I only here... So I tried to find out what it's limits were... 8:11 pm , 10-22-2022 to 1:31 am , 10-23-2022 I had used this 5th pullup was all but over and started a 6th pull up / large underwear. I went and took a nap for 5 hrs after taking MS meds... I had no leaks, but the front and partially into the crotch was wet. 1:31 am to 11:08 am 10-23-2022 I had used this 6th, 7th 8th pullups while having coffee, updating this review and facebook groups stuff, catching some tv. from sitting at the computer MS issues not knowing when I was wetting to knowing it was possibly a flood to a slow flow or dribbles....I really like these. These are "generic enough" that they are not blatantly ABDL... but work for me at home, short trips and the way they fit. All in all.. I would most likely buy these again. I hope they have case lot discounts as these pullups are really nice for the pull ups / disposable underwear fans. 2nd Adult diaper, (with extra white duct tape) Large size review 11:08 am , 10-23-2022 2nd Large Aimisin Adult diaper: I put just one on, but changed the way I did put it on.... adding white duct tape over the tape tabs and front and rear waist band areas to "tighten it up" - ( see last sets of photos ). This changed the leg openings in the rear some, but still a bit loose. The LAST two photos show the tape tab size compared to a Rearz InControl Nightime adult diaper. Again, these Large Aimisin Adult diaper tape tabs are up to what we see as far as tapes and strength. They ARE removable in the first few minutes as for adjusting the fit, but after a few minutes they are pretty well stuck down. But.. I am fairly active even WITH MS and I just secure them down permanently with this white duct tape. This 2nd large adult diaper test will be nothing but FLOODING tests WHILE SITTING DOWN as long as my MS leaves me alone for a few hours and I can manage it that way. 2nd Large Aimisin Adult diaper ( sitting down ) : 12:26 pm , 10-23-2022 FIRST FLOODING - the diaper held great. no leaks, but front is completely soaked and just sneaking down into the crotch 2nd Large Aimisin Adult diaper ( sitting down ) : 1:43 pm , 10-23-2022 2nd FLOODING - the diaper held great. no leaks, but front is REALLY completely soaked swelling up and now down past halfway into the crotch... slightly in the back half of the diaper. 2nd Large Aimisin Adult diaper( sitting down ) : 2:31 pm , 10-23-2022 3rd FLOODING - the diaper still holding great..the front took on some more wetness but its now past the crotch and about 3 inches into the rear / back side 2nd Large Aimisin Adult diaper( sitting down ) : 3:02 pm , 10-23-2022 4th FLOODING - the diaper still holding great..the front took on some more wetness but its now completely SOAKED all the way into the crotch and up into the rear / back side waist band. That's the END of the 2nd Large Aimisin Adult diaper. While it did BETTER than I expected, NO LEAKS until it flooded the backside on the last wetting. CHAIR PADS are required once you get this diaper wet in the front and or into the crotch.

When I go into MRI's every 3 months, the ladies there ask which one I am wearing tis time, THEY turned me onto the Northshore Colors... and Rearz's brands. I always wear something special for them. I am not AB but a former DL.... and use them for Multiple Sclerosis issues now and the MRI's I get done take 5 to 6 hours. Sometimes less than 4 hours but the point is... Even healthcare people KNOW and really don't care about the fetish - but something that WORKS.

I have not used anything with hook and loop after the XP 5000 and Barnyard reviews. I don't think that with the work and as active as I am it would suffice a decent review. Personally Even the Bambino hook n loop "underwear" doesn't work for me. Either tapes or not any diaper at all

I REALLY LIKE the feel of the backsheet. ................Edits coming below............. After putting one on, I found out 3 things. WOW. Very thick diaper in the center. I ALREADY love this diaper (minus the print). You CAN put these diaper tapes on SUPER TIGHT, the fasteners / tapes did not pop or pull off the base of the diaper, but snug works well, using the stick and rub down method on them. Also.... IF YOU ARE AN in between size like I am, their S/M (26"-46") fits.... TIGHT. be sure to NOTE this FEELS smaller than their (Rearz brand) other mediums. Would I buy them again? ... yea if they were without prints Would I get more for my stash? Not with any AB style prints... anything white or NON AB ..... with these parameters. ... YES I WOULD... yup I drive truck and courier vehicles for my own business now. Out on the interstate and with MS its alot easier and less stress. Except when you have to poop. When I was DL and a printing press operator, I didn't have to shut things down on a 4 or 5 6 color press to go take a leak
