Hi guys, I now know what everybody has been going on about with these abri form l4 diapers. Oh my god they are amazing. I made a bit of a mistake I used my normal lille classic when I got ready for work and packed the l4 into my bag for a change later in the day. I went to work loaded the van and off I went. I had a change at 10 into the l4 and waddled for the rest of the day it was so bulky. But the diaper lasted the whole day. I can not believe how much they hold.

Same here 24/7 for a few years now. Hard at first but now I have it down to an art form. Summers are harder. I am now urinary incontinent, I just dribble all of the time. Night time was the hardest to get used to as I had to experiment for quite a while before I had a nights sleep without the bed getting wet.

I wear 24/7 and love it. So yes I do wear in public.

I'm urinary incontinent but not faecal incontinent. I've also noticed that in certain situations that if I have the wrong food and a low vibration such as that described above then I will involuntarily release. It is like I have given over control to someone else. Last time it happened I had a real mess which I was not able to clean up for a while. I had to stay in a mucky diaper for the best part of an hour until the tour ended. Not nice but in some ways I was glad I was diapered. Also I've noticed it happens when my diaper is wet? Does this have some relevance on the situation?

you ask how does it feel? as there are a lot of different types of incontinence there are a lot of different answers. However, for me there is no feeling ? As my incontinence means I just drip freely i dont really feel myself peeing, but the one sensation that i miss is the feeling of a full bladder, I havent had that for quite sometime. I do get the feeling of a full diaper and i need to change. Sometimes for convenience I do use my diaper for faecal purposes, this is when i cant make it to a toilet so i use my diaper and clean up later. that sensation is a whole lot different but it isnt incontinence. The feeling i do get is that of security knowing that i can never flood my diaper, and i will never be caught short especially these days when it costs 20 pence even to look at a toilet.

I believe it is necessary to wear plastic pants over your disposable diaper because in my experience I have been let down by my diaper splitting which has resulted in a very embarrassing situation. well for me having to wear diapers 24/7 is a major factor but before i had to wear diapers i was a diaper lover. Diapers give me the security that i need, the feel of a clean fresh diaper against your body is just delightfull. I am urinary incontinent and the myth with incontinence is that you may have the urge to go and you cant hold it? this is true for some people but for me i go all of the time. I just drip drip drip so i have to be diapered 24/7. for me wearing diapers is an art form because i now have it down to a tee. I have my routine worked out, my changing times are all worked out and i rarely have a leak. I have discovered the delights of a onesie after wearing diapers for a few years, they are brilliant for keeping everything in place. if i was given the choice to not be incontinent i would decline the offer I love diapers and being incontinent is the ultimate joy for me. Simply, I LOVE DIAPERS.

hi pamperedpuppygirl, since i got my tendercare back i have found the same the backing is coming away! gonna have to change back to molicare or lille classic fit.
