So growing up I really never gave a flying F&%$ about politics or what happend our nations politcal system, but idk since i'm a lil bit older now and in the military, I thought it would be in my best interest to actualy do a lil bit of research this election. Since i'll be actualy eligable to vote this time = D. So far I'm thinking of voting for Ron Paul Since I belive he makes a good point on the federal reserve producing money without it being backed up by gold or silver anymore is a big reason for our economic stuggles. Anyway I was wonding on what the ab/dl community thinks about the upcomming election in 2012, and if what others point of view is. Please only legit posts and nothing thats just flat out ignorance = ] . p.s XD sorry in advanced for my terrbile spelling and grammer..... I'm paid to fight not to write lol

so about a week or so ago I had a play date with a daddy that came down to visit while on a work trip. It was realy exciting and fun! went out to ihop, got to try on a lot of ab cloths, bottle fed, bath and some other things that night , but anyway it was my first time ever getting diapered by someone else and was a realy great experince. Much to my surprize though is that it wasn't as much of a turn on as I thought it would be, and i dont see myself doing this with another man again. lol to put it simple gay sex isn't my thing, lol but no regrets, live learn and move on = ]

1. eat breakfeast within the first hour of waking up in the moring to jump start your metablizem for the day. i eat breakfeast everyday , got to stay consistant with it though 2. drink lots of water, and snack througout the day , if you're hungrey then go eat, to keep your metabolizem going, 3. do cardio work outs, such as push ups, running pull ups and any other work outs that dont use heavy lifting. heavy weight work outs will make you gain mucel mass and make you swoll, but not cut and lean

used to be able to find good ab/dl audio recordings on dpr tube, but now i cant find them on the net at all. Does anyone have a link ?

I feel pretty good about it. dont feel proud or sad about my like of diapers. feel more humble and chill about it.
