  1. In my case it was having to accept my situation, and move on with life.
  2. In all due respect NO doctor will ever "freak out" seeing a patient in diapers. I have said it before, and I will say it again, and that is that they have seen it all many times before.
  3. In all due respect, that is why you are 39 and asking such a retarded question (no offense to retards). Remember this, it is always better to keep your mouth shut and let people think you are stupid, then to open it and remove all doubt!
  4. I think you have waited to long! When I was dating I would go out one time, and if I liked the girl then I would tell her on the phone (phone makes it very easy for her not to see you again if she has issues) before the second date. Please listen to me as I have dated more than my fair share, and I quickly learned that women respond better if you are "up front". Allow me to explain my method. If the first date went well, then when I called her before the second date I would tell her "that there is something she needs to know", and as most people do she will instantly think you are going to tell her something bad. That is when I simply say " that I have issues with my shut-off valve and leak urine due to my motorcyle accident". I have only had one woman that had any issues with it (but we were still inimate for awhile, so I think it was an excuse). But guys PLEASE understand as soon as you tell them then most will see you as relationship material, and that can be bad. I had one girl, I mean woman that just because I told her she instantly was like "I can't believe you like me enough to share that with me", and I actaully just wanted to let her know before we were intimate. I have found over the years to be confident and treat it like it is no big deal, then usually they will as well, but if you act ashamed then so will they. And ALWAYS shower 2-3 times a day, and remember the saying "just because you work like a dog doesn't mean you have to smell like one" and that applies to those of us that wear diapers!!!
  5. People there is a REALLY simple solution!!! All you have to do is to use a booster pad. I wear full time and there have been many times I can't or don't want to change, so I will simply insert a quality booster pad even if my diaper is wet but not ready to be changed. I have noticed that even if you are wearing a pretty wet diaper and you insert a booster pad and sit down the booster pad will soak up a lot. These are little tricks you pick up after wearing full time for so long. Just my 2 cents.
  6. Having sex while diapered happens anytime she wants to have "fun" first thing in the morning. For us all we do is push down the front of my diaper, then pull it out and then she either gets on top, or will back up to me and we will do laying on our side. She did get several yeast infections, and I have always wondered if that is because we would have sex first thing in the morning before I could clean myself? I also really enjoy it when we are out doing stuff and she will masturbate me, for example at the movies, dinner, driving or wherever, and all she does is rub the outside of my pants, or if she can she will put her hand in mt pants (not my diaper) and masturbae me....
  7. Best advice is to find a better brand. If you are looking for "disposable underware" then I would suggest the Attends (with leak guards) as they work pretty good. The Abena Abri-Flex protective underwear will hold the most, but I ALWAYS had issues with odor wearing these? My 2 cents...
  8. I fly on a pretty regular basis, and I ALWAYS bring extra diapers in a carry on, and I have never had any issues. The worse case is that you will have to remove your diaper if they pull you to the side, and if so, simply put on a new one. I have noticed that it is better to NOT use any powders as it can set off the monitor (sniffer one), but other than that they see it every day. They always see my diapers in my carry on, and I have NEVER even had them really make eye contact with me once they realize what they are, it is as if they are the ones that are embarrassed...lol.
  9. I tend to leak more when I sit then when I stand. But due to incontinence I leak no matter if I stand, sit or lay down.
  10. Best advice find the diapers that fit you well, and change often.
  11. Well, I think I have THE perfect way to meet women that are ok/understanding with diapers. Here is what I do, and it has worked almost everytime, and it is all about timing and honesty. Ok, here is how it works. First of all you meet somebody and then you go out with them once. The next time to talk to her after you have been out on your first "date" you need to tell her that you have something that she needs to know, and she will instantly think that you have a gf, or married ect (they ALWAYS think the worst).... Then you you tell her that you have an "issue" and you have to wear diapers (either full or part time), and then you tell her that if she is no longer interested in seeing you, that you completely understand. Now this is very important because if she is not interested then she will simply not call you back, and it is very important to make it easy on her, so she doesn't feel pressured. As soon as you confide in them, they will have a ton a questions, such as, were you wearing one when we went out, does "everything" work (can you get an erection is what she wants to know), how long have you had this issue, and usually that's about it. I wear due to incontinence, and then learned about the "DL's" so I am not sure how you would tell them that you like to wear for "fun"? It might be easier just to tell them that you "have" to wear, even if you don't wear all the time. The bottom line is, if they like you it won't matter, just make sure that you tell them on the phone so it is easy for them if they are not interested.
  12. One of the biggest issues a diaper wearer faces is odor. My Urologist suggested something that works VERY well, and what she suggested is to rub your deoderant when you are changing all over the outside of your diaper. In my case it works very well, yes, I still use a small amount of "shower to shower" powder but that is for the inside. Just my 2 cents.
  13. In my case the longest I go "un-diapered" is when I step out of the shower, and brush my teeth, but even then I catch hell if I leak on the cabinet doors....LOL!
  14. I am usually asleep before my head hits my pillow....lol!

    Shaved

FYI, even my Doctor suggested it due to making the changes much easier, and feeling much more cleaner.
  16. I dont really think you have to buy "special" clothes just because you wear diapers. I know in my case I wear regular clothes and I have never had any issues.....but take note, and that is when you try on your clothes and you wear fulltime then if it fits you are good, but if you try them on when you are not wearing they may not fit. The ONLY time I buy clothes to hide my diaper is my workout clothes, and that is because that is when it is the easiest to leak (between the sweat and the urine). All I do is ALWAYS wear black either sweat pants or long shorts and slightly longer shirts, and I am good to go.
  17. The only time I will diaper myself is if the Urologist removes my diaper, but usually they ask me to remove it, or they simply remove the tapes and pull the front down and leave it partially on. As far as being changed, I HATE having anybody change me, I had it done so many times after my accident that it makes me remember all the times it was to loose, or worse usually way to tight. My biggest concern is that I am as dry as possible when I am seen, that is why I always change minutes before my appointment.
  18. After my accident that was all I had, and they SUCK!!! I have tried the caths, clamps, and none are worth the infections/pain. After I started wearing and got over the issues of dealing with fulltime wear then they seem like "underware". Caths and all junk get in the way of "adult" fun, and will cause infections.
  19. I personally dislike being changed as it is never done the way I would. I don't mind somebody taking it off, but I prefer to put it on. After all this time, it takes me about 45 seconds and a wall to change!
  20. Either my computer bag (business) or backpack/car.
  21. I have never had this problem, and I leak all night. The only two times there is a problem is if my "package" is pointing up, instead of down, then I will leak everytime, or if I sleep too long on my side.
  22. They are a very good company to do business with.
  23. Everytime I see the urologist either she will gently pull down the front of my diaper to do that "ultra-sound" thing, or she will ask me to remove my diaper and she steps out for about 30 seconds. My only issue is when I am soaked, so I always get to my appointments early so I can do a quick change so I am not completely wet. They have seen it all, and to them we are just another patient.
