I wear diapers 24/7 due to spinal cord injury. One summer day I was about 60 miles from home with some friends watching a friend driving in a demolition derby! I probably started voiding in the middle of the afternoon. Back then I was using Attend 6-tapes w/ waistband, which had a more limited capacity compared to today's products.
If I live for another 37 years to the age of 80, and use 3 diapers a day, I'll need 40,515 diapers to stay dry. If I wear my Dry 24/7's, that will cost $66,399! I don't really feel bad though, I try to be green in other areas of my life.
Here's my closet... Top left old vintage Attend, top center is First Quality plastic backed briefs, top right are the generic Always maxi-pads with the older dry-weave cover, love them!
Try sleeping with a big comfy pillow between your thighs. This will help keep your legs spread while on your side and ease the pressure in your diaper!
I just talked to someone at one of the medical supply outfits, and he confirmed that they're back ordered till March. He said that they are relocating manufacturing from Israel to America. Also, he told me that they're putting the waistband back in, I hope they put it in front and back.
