But see, that's the thing. If you've got a signed contract proving voluntary participation it's just people having fun. Nothing illegal about that. It's all about proving consent. If you consented to the act then no legal action can be taken.
They are still having to do something outside of the actual requirements to bee a cheerleader. Odds are they don't want to do it but would do it to become one so it isn't really concentual.
bein this was a public high school and many of thegirls were minors the school district can also be held accountable and no contract would be legal unless parents or legal guardian for minors signed it and it was notarized .... most academic institutions have policies against hazing .... so if you do it then you are subject to the consequences set out in the policyviolated

Wow. This thread is still going?!
Why hasn't a mod locked this yet?

I, too, have had tape issues. Need additional tape for each one...

One more thing - ALMOST $8.00 FOR 2 SAMPLES?! HOW DO THEY SLEEP AT NIGHT?!
Cheaper than other places!
May be you just got a bad batch? Did you double check that they were XL and not just L?

This is why any group that conducts initiation rituals needs to have a contract, which is signed by all participants and explains exactly what will occur. If you were informed in advance and agreed to it in writing then your participation was voluntary and the organizers cannot be held as responsible.
Hazing is hazing. It is still against the rules. You can't defend something in a contract that supports an illegal action.

I remember seeing 1/2 of that movie in theaters. The film melted half way through.

I have never had a social life so diapers cannot take over something I do not have.
I go to work. I go home. I go to work again. I go home again.
I go to school. I go home. I go to school. I go home.

I'm in the same spot you are in regards to not having enough money to move out. I have $9500 in loans at over 6% interest and work in fast food.

May want to change the title... Sounds like the worse deal you could make...
Also looks location specific.

1. No one touches my phone but me.
2. My phone doesn't know what an app is.
3. My phone doesn't know what the web is.
4. Wait till you get home to go on your computer to go to those types of sites.

That's why you get the extended warranty! I am on my 4th laptop AC cord and haven't had to pay anything after the original purchase!

I didn't turn the channel fast enough. I think late night TV has finally killed my brain!
-
Sounds like they will slowly be turning it back on again! This information is only on the European playstation homepage and not on the US home page! Guess Sony doesn't care about the US anymore...
Kind of like how Europe has been getting game releases with lots of extra stuff while the US only gets the basic version...

Sony hopes to have some services restored in less than a week. Hulu + and netflix accounts may also have been compromised.

Who care if she's tg. The focus should be on she's white, getting jumped by 2 black girls. They better get charged with a hate crime. Cause you know if it was the other way around, 2 whites jumping a black or Mexican ect. It would be a hate crime. I want equality, no double standard!
Never going to happen. I am also against the double standard.

But DON'T use THESE leaves!!

PSN=Playstation Network.

http://blog.us.playstation.com/2011/04/26/update-on-playstation-network-and-qriocity/
If you have a PSN, hackers got your Name, address, Log in info, Security Answers, Birthdate, Purchase history, Email Address, Eye Color, Height, Weight, etc.
Sony has not confirmed whether the hackers got credit card info or not.
Needless to say, if your PSN shared a password with other sites, start changing them!
If you gave Sony your CC info, keep an eye on it!
