I some times put a spray in the bottom inside of my diaper but It can be a bit much too. Secret powder fresh. I take it and roll in inside of my diaper and it smells like pampers did back in the days. Plus the more you wet the more the smell of the scent comes out.

What a great question. I want to tell how it all started but this is much more complicated. So I am going to tell a shortened version of how it all started. I was potty trained late around 4 as I have a learning disability. It all started at the age of 4 or 5 with me stuffing my undies with toilet paper. This grew to getting diapers from one place or another. Around the age of 17 I discovered Attends adult diapers. I was in heaven. At the age of 20 I moved out of my parents house and started to wear every night from that point on. I started my career in my early 20s and I started to wear 24/7 off and on. I started to play with catheters sometime shortly after this. Loving the feel of having no control. At the age of 29 I started my own business I purged my diaper habits for 6 months. (the first and last time I had a purge) After that I threw out my underware and started my 24/7 journey following the 12 month diaper program I found online. Thru out the years I have played with catheters off and on. Now in my early 50s I wake up wet and wet through out the day feeling it off and on. Diapers and wetting them is the normal for me. The novelty is still there. Every time I get a fresh diaper on it feels so good the. Every time my diaper get squishy once again the novelty comes back. I don't like the feeling of squeezing to stop peeing. I don't like the feeling of a full bladder. Constant dribbling feels natural. Dealing with incomitance and getting things wet feels normal to me. I also hate toilets. I dont like to even look at them they gross me out. This is such a hard question to answer. I don't know exactly why I desire incontinence. In the same way I don't know why I love diapers. I know when it started. The whole adult baby thing all just love too and dont understand how it started but I love it.

Jungle site = Amazon My night diaper is crinklz but I have tried: bambino, rearz, Littleforbig, ABU, NRU, PretendAgain, Tykables and several others. They are all close to the look but just not quite there in my opinion. Dont get me wrong they are all great and I love all the choices of ABDL diapers.

I have found Scentsy Room Spray (Newborn Nursery) to be close to the baby diaper isle in the store. you can get it at the jungle site

I love all the ABDL diapers that are out there but none of them seam to come close to baby diapers in looks and style. Some get close but just not there. I would like to hear other opinions on this?

I used to use Northshore supreme but have switched at the end of last year to XP5000. They seam to hold a lot and put up with my very active life style of moving around. They seam to hold together very well.

I got rid of my underwear some 20+ years ago and never looked back. I also have never even look in the underwear isle in the store neither.

I just wanted to pass this idea that I have. I was thinking of a diaper that the whole diaper was a wetness indicator ether all yellow that turns blue or all blue that disappears when wet. A trest or a crinklz brand where the whole diaper is one solid color and as it gets wet it changes. Or its one solid color and when wet it reveals a pattern. Just a idea any thoughts?

This exact thing has happen to me. I wear diapers 24/7. After being moved from the ER to a room. I could not pee so they took of my diaper and put a catheter in and a hospital diaper. I had a catheter in for a few days during that time my wife brought better dry diapers from home. They pulled the catheter out and put a diaper on me. The nurse told me that these are great diapers so much beater than what they have. I was in the hospital for a month and during that time the nurses changed me. They seam to like changing me. They loved the diapers and powder I had. As a mater a fact during the weekend at night. I had a night nurse wanted to change me every few hours and I had to let her know I did not need to be changed and she insisted in changing me. They only asked me once why I was wearing a diaper and I just told them that I am Incontinent and no more was said about it. I did look at my medical records afterwards and on the chart shows how my diaper changes every day and when they were changed.

I have had a few sightings and I have been spotted in public wearing a diaper too. But the one I remember was at a dollar store several years ago. Me and my wife where there and one other lady. (A little side note: My wife was wearing pads at that time and I wear diaper 247 also my diaper was showing out of my jeans under my shirt) We are in line to check out with this lady in front of us. the check out person was not there and we were waiting for them. The lady in front of us had two packages of adult diapers. They lady confesses at us saying "I'm no longer embarrassed about buying these, they are for me!" and I pointed at my wife and I lifted my shirt showing my diaper and I said your not alone. She said you made my day! I do feel alone with this. Thank you. I also was spotted in public not too long ago and can share that story? how about any one else?

When you "pee" your diaper what do you call it? Wetting, tinkling, peeing or something else? I tell my wife I am tinkling, tinkled, wetting or wetted. I never say peeing. To me peeing is to grownup.

I am just curious and I am sure this is in this long thread. What exactly do they do or cut or remove during surgery to make you incontinent? Also is there a medical term for that procedure? Is there any one here that has had surgery to make them incontinent? I am just curious, Curiosity killed the cat but stratification brought him back. I love being in diapers 247 and have been for over 25 years.

I love reading these stories. I'm the youngest of 3 and I have great parents. I hear stories of abuse that was not my case. I have dyslexia (a learning disability) I was potty trained late some where around 4. My first memory of waning to wear a diaper was around 4 or 5 and I took toilet paper and stuffed it in my underwear, my brother and sister made fun of me. I also remember around the age of 7-13, we went to my grandparents and I took some diapers from my relatives and put them on. I remember doing this multiple times and taking some home. During this time I would take maxi pads and make a home made diaper in my underwear. For a time I would only get a maxi pad from time to time and wear it between 13 and 16. When I turned 16 I got a job as a janitor at and office. There was a lady that has worked there years and she just turned 40 and they thru a party for her giving her gag gifts. One of the gifts was a package of adult diapers (Attends). (This is the 80s). This is were I discovered adult diapers. I was in heaven. I remember going to the town over and buying some adult diapers. Once I moved out of the house and out of college I started to wear every night. I also thought I was just a weirdo who like to wear diapers. I didn't think there was anyone else like me before the internet. Once I started my carrier I started my path to 24/7 and now I have been 24/7 for over 20+ years with no plans to go back.

I loved attends in the 80s and early 80s until the were bought out. You could get them from walmart. then they were never the same. I loved everything about them. the waistband where the best the smell. During that time I think they were the best out there. Next is Abena M3. Every year early on the changed the patterns on them witch was great all though it was not babyish. Abena moved to a thinner diaper a a moment. and after about 3 or 4 months they went back to there originals but over time the quality got worst and worst. Recently is Northshore and its not the quality it the price of shipping. They have made free shipping so high that you have to buy 2 cases at a time. I find it hard to pay and store this many diapers.

I have been 247 for around 20 years now. I threw my underwear out years ago. My diapers are a part of my budget every month. I also buy several months supply of diapers at one time this saves in shipping cost. I have a system at home and on the go to change and its just routine. I am very dependent on my diapers. I wake up in a wet diaper every morning and don't remember wetting at night. My job requires me to stand for hours on end and when I finally sit is when I realize I have wetted my diaper. When ever i feel my self needing to go I just go. Its all routine.

I wear medium Northshore supreme diapers all the time but trying the megamax diaper, I'm in between sizes, I have a 36" waist. A small is a bit too small and a medium is just a bit too big. Other than that they seam like a good diaper. They just dont fit right for me.

Im 247 now for around 20 years. When I moved out of my parents house and got my first full time job I started to wear diapers every night. And off and on for years I would wear them 257 for short periods of time. The around 20 years ago I had a career change and the day that happen I threw my underwear in the trash and never looked back. I know I have some sort of incomitance now from this. I wake up wet not knowing I even peed also when I change at the end of the day most of the time I didnt even know that I peed my diaper and when I change its very wet.

I bought a bottle of Scentsy New born Nursery spray. It smells very close to what the diaper aisle. The diaper aisle smell I don't think it can be replicated. I believe this smell is a combination of all the brands of diapers and other items on these aisles. The spray is so close and I think may smell like one brand or the other just don't remember. When I got the spray and smelled it instantly brought me back. I took the spray and sprayed it on my shelf of diapers, bed pad, bath room and on me. I instantly went nose blind to it. It took me a month to get rid of the smell in my house. I have taken the spray and occasionally sprits a stack of diapers on or two times. After all of this I put the spay away for a month to get my nose to forget about it. I think I have found the best use of the spray. When fixing to wear one of my weekend diapers witch usually is a ABDL diaper. I would the diaper and put a little baby powder on it and then I would take the spray and spray just 2 times the front part of the center and a little bit above that and put the diaper on. As you walk around you will off and on get a little whiff of the baby smell. when you sit down you will also get a whiff of the smell. When you wet the diaper for the first time then you get that smell again and much stronger. Every time you wet the smell comes out. The best part is to go to bed with a sprayed diaper one and when you wet for the fist time it will take you back. Every time you wet the diaper it reinforces that you are wearing a diaper. I love it.

I just love going to the store and going down the diaper aisle and the Pampers, Luvs and other bands all had a smell and now its gone. I just love the smell it was intoxicating. Does any one else miss that smell and I would love to find that smell to buy..

I had a stroke a few years ago and went to the hospitals ER with a diaper on. In the ER they never said anything. Once they took me to my room they asked me why I am wearing a diaper. I just told them I have been bladder incontinent all my life and they took off my diaper and put on a hospital diaper witch were cheap pull ups. From my stroke I could not pee at all so they put in a catheter for a few days. My wife brought some betterdrys from home. They pull the catheter out and put on a betterdry diaper. The nurses went crazy on how good the betterdys where. I told them that they a good for 8 to 12 hours. The nurses loved the diapers I brought from home and some could not wait to change me. I had one nurse change me about every few hours at night even when I was not wet. I even told her I was not wet and she insisted on changing me. At this point in time I was not able to change my self I was pearlized on one side but slowly coming out of this.

What is your dream diaper? I'll tell you mine. The outer plastic shell was made from changing times hugz bears or bambino all over print. The tape is from northshores diapers. Also there durability is from northshore. The padding is from rearz times 2. The diaper swells when wet like betterdry/Crinklz . Also betterdry/crinklz leak guards. The inside softness and fit of little for big Baby Cuties diapers. The outside look and smell of pampers or luvs diaper. This would be my dream diaper. everyone would be different and have tried different brands so what is yours?

I have a 36" waist and 6'2 I usually wear Medium size betterdry and Northshore supreme and most other diapers. But, Megamax medium is a bit large ad comes up to my belly button and small is just a tad bit small but small fits better the the mediums. I wish they made a in between size. I would think others would have this issue too?

One more thing its on my medical records that I am urinary incontinence and I got all my medical records from the hospital and it show how many diaper changes and by what nurse. They also weight my diapers to see how much urine was in them when I was in the hospital but I went to rehab they just trashed them.

A few years ago I had a pons stroke and went to the hospital via the ambulance with only wearing a dry diaper early in the morning. The people on the ambulance did not say anything. In the ER they never asked anything about my diapers. I had a more concerning issue at the moment. That evening they moved me in to a room and the nurse asked my about my diaper. I told her I have been incontinent all my life. They took my diaper off cleaned me up and put on a hospital diaper. Later on the put a catheter in because I could not pee. My wife brought betterdry diapers to the hospital from home. After about 2 days they pulled the catheter out and put on one of my diapers. The nurse commented that these are the best diapers she has ever seen and wish the hospital could get some. I told her I like them because I can go 8 to 12 hours between changes. I was paralyzed on my right side and slowly gain movement back while at the hospital and rehab. The nurses changed me every time I need to be changed. Most of the nurses seem to like to change me. A few of the were excited to change me. One night nurse, early on in my stay, came and change me every 2 hours at night. She came the first time and I was not even wet and wanted to change me and told me I was wet and need a change. I got changed 6 times by her that night. They all like the diapers I had. I am a 247 wear for the past 20 years or more. I only use them for number 1. There was a few times in the hospital that I did use them for number 2 and that was true incomitance. They put a feeding tube in and my system had to get use to it and poo was just happening. I do think I have some sort of #1 incontinence from my stroke but I still wear diapers all the time and don't care about it I enjoy it.
