Stimulating IC / weakening the bladder: this is a bit of a "slippery slope" and most likely will cause OAB... The probably safest way to achieve anything is "diaper training". make sure you wear 24/7. And keep hydrated... then every time you feel the slightest urge learn to RELAX (don't "press").... let it flow. Do this over SEVERAL month... at day and every time you wake at night (which will be more frequent as you shirnk the bladders capacity over a few month)... your urgency issues will start to increase.. you can start to experience "dribbles" sometimes... this will be essentially a forced case of OAB. (often feeling the urge STRONGLY without actually having even remotely filled up the bladder... it's "irritated"...) this is essentially one form of - mild - incontinence issues.

Been trying to get people to understand the internet for ages. Once it's on there it's on there forever. Even if we (you) change the name it will take several months for it to disappear from the search engines, and even then a savvy computer user can still find it. That's why I don't understand Facebook and it's users. Companies are now searching out employees on the internet and in some cases firing them for what they do or say on it.

Why even have separate toilets.. I just don't see the point

I am a DL. My exwife hated the fact that I wear diaper. One thing I never did was to push or ask her to participate. I wear diaper nearly 24/7. Being in a diaper didn't change who I am. She diapered up every night on her own as I work nights. Said she slept better. Not sure if she still does it or not. Your husband is 100% in the wrong in pushing his fetish on you. This is something that never really goes away.
