Yes,I have many times. I put on a tight pair of plastic pants and make a small hole for my peepee to stick out through the pants. It has to be small because I am very small down there. I then put on my thick night diaper and go to bed. I usually have a bm in my sleep and wake up in a slippery mess. If you don't put your little peepee out side the plastic pants you can get a uti. It happened to me the first time I did it. You pee and poop in the plastic pants and you have a watery mess. Its fun, but be careful.

I woke up wet as I do every morning. I also woke up with a messy diaper. I really never leak because I wear thick cloth diapers and plastic pants with a onesie. Very comfortable to sleep in.

I wear 8 ply in the center prefolds. They are flannel on the outside with terry cloth in the middle. At night I wear 10 ply in the center prefolds with a thick soaker.I need this much at night to keep from leaking or having to get up and changing in the middle of the night.

I have worn cloth diapers off and mostly on all of my life. The last 11 years it has been 24/7 which, along with hypnotic CDs, has made me incontinent of both bladder and bowels. I wanted this and am not complaining but I do have a question for those that use cloth diapers full time as I do. I wear a double diaper during the day and add a thick soaker to my night diaper. I don't know how long it has been going on, but my wife thinks my hips are spreading out and she says I have a toddler waddle. Has any other long time cloth diaper wearers noticed this, too, or is this only me?

I also wear 24/7 for incontinence, but I would wear a lot more baby/toddler style clothes. Most all of ,my family and friends already know I wear diapers and I don't really try to hide it, but I would be a lot more open about it. I wear thick cloth diapers and plastic pants at night and during the day. I usually wear bib overalls but I would make them more babyish if it were acceptable. I would also suck my nuk 10 pacifier a lot more.

I bought the diaper pins from baby-pants. I don't think they are stainless steel. They have pitted in places and the heads do pop off when you try to unlock them. But they do look great.

I am incontinent already so have to wear 24/7, but I would like to wear baby like clothes openly. I have several pairs of snap crotch overalls that I would wear out in public plus other baby clothes. I also would suck on my pacifier more.

I have worn cloth diapers with plastic pants 24/7 for a little over eight years. Before that it was every night and days when I could. Latrly I have been having a hard time pinning them so they don't droop to much. I read somewhere about using suspenders to hold diapers up. I bought some clip on ones and some oversized pullup cloth diapers. It actually works very good. No more sagging diapers. Has anyone else ever tried diaper suspenders?

Last night. Just like about every other night. I mess my diaper almost every night whether I like it or not. It's a good thing I like it.

I wear double cloth diapers with a soaker at night because I am a very heavy wetter and Gary plastic pants. The only time I have a leak, which is very seldom, the plastic pants ride up over the lower part of the diaper. If I am careful and make sure the diaper is covered properly by my pants I am fine. I also sleep on my side with a pillow between my knees. I was having back pain and my urologist suggested this. He knew I used cloth diapers and told me it puts a strain on your lower back.

I have used Gary plastic pants over cloth diapers for many years. Gary pants are roomy for thick night diapers and work great during the day also. I agree, you might want to use a cloth pull on diaper over your disposable one for leaks.

When it gets cooler and the nights get longer, I tend to go to bed a little earlier and need an extra soaker in my cloth diaper. I also wear fleece footed jammies. I tend to wet alot more in the winter also so that is another reason for thicker diapers.

I have a nuk 10 and I love it. I use it every night to go to sleep with. It is very comforting and yes I suck on it like a baby would. It does fall out when I sleep and if I wake up in the middle of the night I have to find it and put it back in my mouth before I can go back to sleep.
