Physical Disability, Mental Illness, And Abdl

I have Cerebral Palsy, Back problems, incon./Diverticulitis, allergies and breathing issues:  I started having issues with Diverticulitis in August if last year, and after having several accidents and a few close calls, decided to ask the doctor for help - The Diapers help me - I wear usually during the week, as I work, because there are times I cant get to the bathroom, and there are times, where I just say, the heck with it.

As i age, I accept that diapers will be a part of my life, and I do have DL tendencies, but I have had incon issues throughout my life, and I don't wanna let that stop me from being the man I want to be

I'm legally blind. Fully blind in one and the other eye does not have perfect vision.

I also had a fairly rare medical condition which prevents me from digesting food. I get all my nutrition through a central line I.V which runs Stool Replacement and TPN over 12hrs at night the infusion goes straight into my superior vena cava.

Because I do not digest food I do not eat food and I was never taught how, my parents saw it kinda cruel to try and force me since when I was a kid taking in anything caused me to be extremely uncomfortable. I don't know how to chew and because I never learned to eat I've developed a horrible gag reflex which makes me throw up when most things touch my tongue.
