The procedure went remarkably smoothly with zero complications. It was done in-office under local anesthesia, taking only about 45 minutes with just two small incisions. I paid roughly $800 for the procedure itself.
Logistically, I flew down in the morning, crossed the border, stayed overnight in San Diego just as a precaution, and flew home the next morning.
Overall, it was a quick day trip and I have zero regrets. It achieved exactly what I wanted and needed, and everything is working precisely as intended.

I have been a diapered bed wetter most of my life. I was in cloth diapers growing up. I still prefer cloth diapers.
