DailyDi Posted February 1 Posted February 1 Been a while since we have had a major diaper line release. Wonder what the big guys are up to for this year? 1
Dubious Posted February 2 Posted February 2 All I have seen so far is prints/diapers being discontinued. 1

Yeah that's true, it seems like a lot of the big diaper companies are downsizing these days and making less options available. But then again part of that is for economic reasons so it's not entirely their fault. It's just the way of the world I guess. Hopefully we start to see the economy bounce back but sadly I don't think that's going to happen anytime soon unfortunately.😔
Spanky Posted February 4 Posted February 4 Hopefully they continue to get thicker and more comfortable. Currently lounging in an ABU Tiny Tails disposable diaper with a thick Rearz booster pad in it. This thick diaper combo is so comfy. I'd love a diaper that's even thicker. 1

I love tiny tails too. They're one of my favorite diapys to wear!😊 And that's a very nice combo, especially because tiny tails is already a nice thick diapee. I agree I hope they continue to get thicker and more comfortable and more absorbent as time goes on. If you really like thick diapers then you should get the trust diapers because they're the thickest diaper around but very expensive. LOL! But their top quality! Like rich people diapers. 1
Spanky Posted February 4 Posted February 4 @SpiderBaby I really do need to try the Trest diapers. I've tried NRU Str8up diapers and like them. Some say that they're close to Trest, but don't know for sure. These Tiny Tails disposable diapers are probably my new favorite diapers. Super comfy, super thick and really cute. I'm not a Furry or BabyFur, but really love these diapers. Don't think that they need the wetness indicator, though. Wetness shows through pretty good, and I really like that. Love seeing as my diaper turns yellow. 1

Love seeing as my diaper turns yellow. That's cool, for me personally I like wetness indicators because they always show when I need a change and reinforces the idea that I'm just a baby. I also like the designs of the cute little furry animals because I'm a babyfur/furry and love expressing that side of myself through my diapers. 2
SparklyPrincess Posted February 6 Posted February 6 Drylife, a brand operated by the UK Incontinence Shop, released Drylife Maxi and Drylife Ultima. I'm currently using the Ultima and they're really nice. Super thick, soft, cosy, well priced. Plain white with hook and loop tapes. Normally I avoid cloth backed but the quality of these is way better than cloth backed medical.

I wish I could afford to get some of the nice diapers like that. I can splurge about once a year and get something like ATN, or maybe North shore, but I read that they are going down in quality ... 1

That would be my guess anyway. Which is sad because Northshore is one of my favorite diaper brands.😒

But they are still great, but new ones who knows. But as cost going up yes all over, I got my small COL on my SSA , and then they raised my Medicare $10 a month so ii lost money. I have been using Amazon max pull ups, diapers lately and Dec they were about $34 a case, and Jan they went up to $43. 1

It seems like everything is going up these days sadly. And the worst part is there's no end in sight.
