Spark I have been in the same postion as you but mine happened on ebay.

Just contact BigBabyFun and tell them about it and then also say if you don't get them quick you will report them to The Fair Trading Agentes to take the matter further and you will also be seeking them againest fraud. I'm sure they will do something then as you are in the right.

Keep your receipts that you got in e-mail when you brought them.

Hope you get answers and maybe sort this whole thing out.

Before you throw a tantrum, keep in mind that anything custom takes time to make.

Keep in mind that if there is a transfer of foreigh goods, between countries, customs may be involved.

I have ordered stuff from Europe and it has taken over 1 month to get it.

I haven't had many issues with buying things online. I had someone make me cloth diapers and they took a looonnnggg time to come. But, whenever you buy something online you have to realise that the estimated shipping time is almost always going to be off. I usually allow for up to two weeks delay.
