Some of these onesies if you select the Husky XXL are about the same as a Men's Medium.

 

I called them twosies because there is the outer printed t-shirt and an inner onesie. Definitely not for hot summer days.

I actually have a handful of these, they aren't bad imo but the 3 snaps on the bottom should be 5, sometimes my diaper will push to the side wearing them. I've worn these to work several times, they look completely normal.

I normally wear a large men's shirt, and the husky XXL fit me really well, heck even the non husky version fit me well.

My only real compliment is they are HOT, it's basically two cotton shirts, not ideal in the summer.
