What is a good daily routine for an AB?

I leave that question in the hands of my Daddy as that's step one for a good daily routine, trust your partner/caregiver.

I would say the legs under my ABDL table, in terms of routine, are:

- Always wear a diaper

- Change it when it needs to be changed or when it gets uncomfortable

- Thou shalt apply diaper cream at every change

- Thou shalt shower daily, more so if something egregious happens in thy diaper 

- Treat diaper rash seriously and immediately 

 

Everything else is the sauce and the side dishes; the steak, for me, is wearing diapers. I wouldn't enjoy sleeping with a pacifier if I didn't also have a diaper on.

Depends upon how old the baby is.

I am in regression into babyhood - by my former wife - now my mommy

My daily routine (sometime also different)

7:00am Wake up by mommy
7:10am Diaper change
7:30am Infant food -follow-on milk 1
8:00am Time for play with baby toys
11:00 Infant food - follow on milk 1+ Diaper change
11:30 Nap
01:00/01:30 pm Time for play with baby toys/shopping with mommy
03:00 pm Infant food - follow on milk 1+ Diaper change
03:30 pm  Time for play with baby toys or teaching me to be a good behaved baby
18:30 pm  Infant food - follow on milk 1+ infant porridge + Diaper change
19:00 Baby TV Show
19:10 Bedtime
