He's struggling to find the time to do anything, and his colleagues trick him into wearing diapers as a prank. Oddly one of the librarians in my high school always crinkled as she walked around. it was fairly obvious in the quiet library. I always wondered if she was wearing a diaper, or if there was some other reason for the noise.

There is this thing called, 'Teacher bladder,'  where they can wait until recess, or a passing period to get to the bathroom.  High school teachers can go between periods, but elementary school kids don't leave the room. 

That skit hits a little close to home.

I had a teacher in middle school who wore a diaper, for medical reasons. He had just come back from a either a heart attack or stroke, forget which. He came back to school when he should have been home resting.

He was our music teacher and it was rather obvious at the time. Thing is, one dumb kid thought it would be funny to make a big deal out of it. Ended up getting his ass kicked.
