My ability to run distance without pain is making a comeback just shy of a miracle. Especially after some in the medical profession had the opinion I was through as a runner just 3 weeks ago. Ran 20km today with no pain finishing up about 30 minutes ago. Time to celebrate! Time to pour into my favourite glass, on ice, my beverage of choice after a decent run:

That sounds really good! Along the same line, one of my favourite juice drinks that I mix up on my own is pineapple juice with lilikoi juice..."dat some brok' da mout ono" (delicious) as the locals say back home.

As for right now, I'm drinking Coca-Cola. On ice, of course.
