Smaller adult Diapers

I'm 5'3" and have quite the thin waist, this leading me to an issue I keep running into: most diapers are either too small (because they're meant for babies/toddlers/small children) or too big (because most people are bigger than I am). The xs Megamax diapers fit me pretty well but the average smallest size for most adult diapers is 20-22 inches. Anybody have recommendations?

Try searching for Youth or Teen diapers. Attends also makes a youth diaper. The Prevails are 15-22".

Have you tried the Boundless size 8's? They're the size 8 version of the Cuties kid diapers, which cap out at size 7.

You could look up the specifications on the northshore supremes, crinklz, betterdrys,maybe their smalls may be the right size?

Northshore Supreme is smaller than Megamax, cause Megamax medium fits me fine, Supreme is a bad fit.

I tried Prevail Daily pull-ups in youth/small adult and it's almost perfect for me without being too tight or too loose.
