Like "Sweetie" it can have other meanings. Just as "Sweetie" and "Sweetheart" can be used sarcastically, "Babydoll" can mean that you act like a baby; cry too much, are whiney or wet yourself, and are done with as Mommy or Nursie plieases, like a doll. It also references the "babydoll", a kind of dress that is just barely decent with a high waist and full-cut that seems to be just made for changing diapers, used as a training aid to learning to keep your panties from being seen or as a chastizement garment that will let the panties show if you move wrong. While the babydoll set came with a fully ruffled panty, often that was left out in favor of a thick, bulky diaper and rubber panties to increase the motivation to keep the skirt down

So Babydoll has many interprietations

Yes I do, I absolutely LOVE it when Daddies call me sweetie and honey. It makes me feel SUPER Little, and small??♥️???? That ALWAYS brings out my little side, and I just go into full-on baby mode!????♥️????
