Elizabeth's Behavioral Modification.... Updated for chapter 3

This is my first ever story. I welcome suggestions.  

Chapter 1 The meeting.

The greetings, I am Dr. Adan Brasil; and I  want to introduce you to the revolutionary behavioral modification program that we have developed for unruly wives who tend to misbehave.   One such patient was presented to us by her so loving husband, who contacted us about his wife's poor behavior. He described her behavior as an out-of-control teenager with the mouth of a sailor. I explained to Ryan that our behavioral Program was considered experimental as we were still collecting long-term data, and due to this, we couldn't charge him for these services. Ryan understood these conditions and asked if we could set up an intake appointment, in which I said our Nurse would contact him after we had a team meeting to discuss the case to see if it would qualify the case study.

Twenty-four hours later, Nurse Able contacted Ryan asking if he could bring his wife Elizabeth in on Monday at 7 am for an evaluation. The Nurse also recommended that he bring her a change of clothes to return home.   The following Monday, Ryan and Elizabeth arrived at our clinic with the ruse of then participating in couple marriage counseling.   Ryan and Elizabeth were escorted to a waiting room where our receptionist had set out some incredible morning caffeinated drinks and morning snacks.   Elizabeth jumped at the opportunity for free food and proceeded to have several cups of expensive coffees and pastries, while Ryan just sipped on bottled water as per the Nurse's advice. After an hour of waiting, Elizabeth's mouth was warmed up as fuming mad that they had been forced to wait for so long and because swearing at the receptionist demanding she got off get lazy ass and get the Shrink so hey could get this over with, With that, the receptionist typed into her computer, "The Patient is ready."

Exactly 5 minutes later, Nurse Able walks into the waiting area and Says," Good morning, you must be Elizabeth and Ryan; please follow me to the therapy room. Nurse Able pulls out her access card and passes it in front of the card reader, unlocking the door to a hallway; as she escorts the couple down the hallway, she asks Ryan if he needs to use the restroom? Ryan says he is good but thank you,  a moment later, Nurse Able leads them to a beautifully decorated office; I am sitting in the preparing for this morning exam. I introduce myself a Dr. Adan Brasil, head psychiatrist, and offer Ryan Elizabeth a seat to have a chat. I begin by asking both Elizabeth and Ryan why they need couple therapy. Elizabeth goes first, proclaiming her worthless husband will not provide for her and is neglecting her needs, thinking he should do more to help out at home once he gets home from work. After Elizabeth finishes berating Ryan, I message Nurse Able to get Elizabeth for her Physical while speaking with Ryan. A moment later, there was a knock on my door that Nuse Able entered the room with a clipboard telling Elizabeth it was her turn to get her vitals taken.

After Elizabeth leaves the room, I ask Ryan what the real story is; Ryan begins with I am sorry for my wife's bad behavior. As you can see, she has no respect for anyone and believes the world revolves around her. Elizabeth bluntly refused to do any work in the home or find a paying job out in town. She feels work is beneath her,  so am I forced to come home, cook dinner, and do the housework before I get any free time. It is like living with a helpless child; half the time, I have to tell her to shower because she smells horrible. I'm sorry, Dr, for ranting like this, but  I am desperate. Can you help us?

I am so sorry, Ryan, that you have endured this, and may I ask why haven't you left Elizabeth? You have only been married for five short years. Ryan responds, stating he still deeply loves his wife and believes she can do better with some intensive therapy.   I explain that our Program is a five day a week 8 hours a day intensive outpatient therapy program. We use a combination of medication and hypnosis to begin curing the destructive behaviors into more desirable behaviors. Still, there have been some side effects the patient could display more juvenal behaviors or act more regressed in mentally you did say, "you were taking care of a bratty child" how about we give you a well-behaved child who is more teachable to you desires and needs. Ryan was ecstatic with this treatment plan. Ok, it's settled. We'll begin today. You may return for Elizabeth at 5 pm

Chapter 2 The Exam…

Meanwhile, Nurse Able was getting Elizabeth's height and weight while back in the clinic.   While Elizabeth was getting her blood pressure taken, she began nervously shifting in her seat, asking the Nurse to hurry up because she needed to use the bathroom. Nurse Able told her she would be done sooner if she could sit still to get an accurate reading. Elizabeth was dam near dancing in her seat when the Nurse took her blood pressure cuff off and then proceeded to have her put the thermometer in the mouth. Elizabeth was almost begging to be finished because she had to pee so badly.   All done, the Nurse proclaimed; Elizabeth was off running down the hall trying to remember the direction that had come to find her way back to the bathroom. With Nurse Able following telling her they needed a urine sample. Still, it was too late as Elizabeth rounded the corner finding the bathroom just as she began losing control slightly as she busts into the bathroom, ripping off her tight jeans, jerking her panties down in one motion, and sitting on the toilet.   While sitting in the bathroom, she surveys her wet clothes to see how wet they are and convinces herself they'll be okay till she gets home in an hour. A few moments later, she emerges from the bathroom and is greeted by the waiting Nurse Able, Elizabeth; all done? May we finish with our tests before returning you to your husband? Elizabeth nods and" and says yes, Nurse."  Now let get you down to the exam room so one of our fine resident Dr's can do a quick physical on you to make sure you qualify for this Program. Elizabeth questions the Nurse what about Ryan? Oh, don't worry, honey, Nurse Megan is taking excellent care of Ryan as he is having the same test down and some blood tests to check his testosterone levels just in case Nurse Megan.

Hello, you must be Elizabeth; I'm Dr. Miller. I am here to give you a quick physical. Can you please take a seat at the exam table, please? The Doctor quickly checks her heart, asking her all the routine questions, then asks if she can do a quick OB exam. Elizabeth reluctantly complies, lifting her shirt, revealing her wet pants, slowly lowering her pants, revealing her now-soaked panties. Excuse me, Nurse, can you make a notation in her chart that our little patient has had an incontinence episode so that Dr. Brasil is aware of her minor issues. And Elizabeth, have you had any accidents like this before? Trying to avoid eye contact, Elizabeth said, "no, Dr, I'm a big girl on children pee their pants."   You are correct, Elizabeth. Only children who can't control themselves wet their panties; the Doctor responds condescendingly. Elizabeth, one last question have got gotten this year's flu shot? Elizabeth Answers now, Doctor, I have been too busy to make the time. Okay, thank you Elizabeth, would it be okay if the Nurse could give you a flu shot and a vitamin shot to stay healthy your not scared of needles, are you? No, I'm not afraid I'm a big girl, and Yes, you can give me whatever shots I need so that we get this dam appointment over soon. Okay, I understand, but language like that is inappropriate and will not be tolerated here, especially with Dr. Basil. He disapproves of little girls using foul language like this. OH, I'm glad you're back, Nurse. I explained to our little patient that her potty mouth was not appreciated and not allowed in our offices. Okay, Elizabeth, I have three-shot for you as Dr. Miller has requested and that you also agreed to now with these three shots; some of our patients might get a little sleepy, but it's okay and will pass pretty quickly. Okay, here is the flu shot, and then your B12 shot, and lastly, some Ativan to help you calm down and help you act your appropriate age.

As Elizabeth becomes very relaxed and begins nodding off, Nurse Able steps out of the exam room and promptly returns with a wheelchair. The Nurse and the Doctor transfer her to the waiting wheelchair securing her with a butterfly harness. The Nurse comments to the Doctor, "I hope she can stay dry till Doctor Brasil is all ready for her"

Chapter 3 good girls get rewarded, and bad girls get

Hello, Doctor Miller. Is our little patient ready for her therapy session? Not quite yet, Doctor, she has a minor accident during her physical. I see. Okay, let get her up on the therapy table and get her into clean clothes. The nurse, can you go into the supply room and get me two pairs of size Medium sweat pants and two pairs of training pants for her, Along with whatever Doctor Miller required for monitoring. A few moments later, Nurse Able returns with an armload of supplies, including two pairs of cloth training pants, two pairs of sweat pants, various instruments, and probes for Doctor Miller. Nurse Able, while you change her pantie, we'll have Dr. miller starter her IV, so she stays hydrated, and she can also perp her contain for her session,  Nurse while you have her panties off, can you perform a "DRE" Digital Rectal Exam for me, please? Yes, Dr. It feels like she is slightly impacted. Would up like me to insert a suppository or give and a micro enema Dr.  No Nurse I think we can work that in our therapy session today; you can hold off on the rectal bladder pressure probe for now.   And lastly, can you turn on the EEG and EKG for me to monitor her vitals. Thank you, nurse.

Okay, Doctor, what level of sleep is she at now? She is in twilight sleep doctor. Okay, lighten her sedation? I would like her awake but cooperative; please, Yes, Dr. Brasil.

Elizabeth, Elizabeth, can you hear me, Honey? Yes. And do you know where you're at today? Yes, I am at school. Okay, and what are you doing at school today? Am I sitting in the nurses off waiting for her? Why are you Waiting for the Nurse, Honey? Did you get hurt? No, I had an accident in my big girl panties again. Oh, I see, and is the nurse going to help you get changed? Yes, she will use the clean clothes mommy sent to school for me. And how old is princess Elizabeth? I'm 5, Elizabeth said Proudly. Okay, I'll let you got get changed then. Thank you, Elizabeth.

Okay, Dr. Miller, can you deepen her sleep to about an Alpha level for me, please.

Nurse, please note she regresses to a 5-year-old when she is in twilight sleep. And can you help her get cleaned up from her wet panties and go ahead and give her that micro Enema now please, we'll see if she regress further with more infantile behavior like messing her panties?

Okay, let's begin again, a little lighter on twilight sleep and a little more hypnotic we can induce. We want Elizabeth to be more aware and responsive. Elizabeth, can you hear me? It's your teacher Mr. Brasil. Yes, Elizabeth responds.   Were you a  good girl for Nurse Able today? Yes, teacher, I was a good girl. That's right; you are a good girl! Does a good girl say bad words to an adult? No teacher. Can you tell me what happens to a little girl with naughty words? Yes, teacher bad girls get punished. And do you say bad words to your daddy? No, that's being a bad girl teacher. Okay, thank you, Elizabeth. You may play now; please be nice to the other kids. 

Nurse Able, go ahead and put the headphone on her and let her listen to the first track, please. And we'll let her sleep while we eat our lunch in here and let nature take its course, which shouldn't be much longer with all the high fiber food she ate this morning. As everyone was finishing up their lunch, they heard the familiar gurgling sound coming from Elizabeth's direction then the smell filled the room.

 Doctors, why must we use cloth training pants on the patients if you intend to make messes in their panties? Because Nurse Able is part of the reinforcement program, they are not big girls/boys when only toddlers/babies wet and mess their panties.

Okay, back to work, guys; okay, I'll get the diaper cart while you Doctors do your doctor thing for her. Okay, Brasil was ready. I've brought her almost entirely out of twilight sleep, and there she goes peeing her already poppy patties like the baby she is. Doctor Brasil removes her headphone and stops the music. He beings are calling Elizabeth,  Elizabeth; what did I say about being a good girl at recess. Elizabeth shakes her head says I was good, I promise. Elizabeth, did you have an accident again? No, teacher, I didn't have another accident. I'm a big girl! I see. Let me check your pants then and see if my nose is lying to me. Oh my, you should be ashamed, and you said you're a big girl. Do big girls wet and mess in their big girl panties? No teacher. Elizabeth, can you tell me who pees and poop their panties? Little girls & babies wet and mess their panties. And what do babies wear, Elizabeth? Babies wear diapers, "Elizabeth responds," Do babies get to wear pretty panties? No teacher babies have to wear diapers. Okay, Honey, let's take you to the nurse so she can get you cleaned up.

Alright, Nurse Able, your turn. Let's get her cleaned up and into something more appropriate. Okay, Doctor, give me one minute to finish up her notes. Are we sending her home in diapers or training pants tonight so I can pull enough supplies out for Her daddy when he comes to get her? I think we'll send her home in training pants or panties, depending on where we stop today.

Elizabeth, oh my, I thought you were a big girl; I was mistaken. You are just a little girl, aren't you? Elizabeth makes a pouty face saying, saying I'm a big girl; no Nurse able says firmly, you are a preschool only preschools make wet and mess in their pretty panties as you did. That's not being a good girl. NO, Elizabeth responds, I was terrible. It's okay. Nurse Able responds, let get your pennies changed and get you cleaned up.    There you go, all cleaned up, now let's get you into these pretty diapers for the rest of the day. I know, Honey, these aren't your panties. You wet and messed both pairs, so all we have is emergency diapers for you till your daddy picks you up with clean clothes. It's okay; I'll tell you, daddy, it was an accident. Why don't you lie here in my office and take a nap till it is time for your daddy to get you?

Okay, Doctor,  your turn. Okay, let's take her down to level 2. Do 2 hours or subliminal messages fallowing up with 1-hour to post-hypnotic trigger words. The Alarm will sound if she wets her diaper, and it will record how much pressure was in her bladder so we can work on those levels later this week. The Nurse Able to go ahead and pack her an overnight diaper bag with both cloth training pants and cloth diapers for her bedtime this evening. Also, go ahead and fill the supplies Ryan will need at home for later this week. I am sure Ryan will need something to help with discipline as well.

An alarm begins to sound from the therapy room as Nurse Able pushes another cart of supplies for Ryan to take home this evening. Nurse Able coos to Elizabeth, who is still wearing the headphones, that she is such a good girl and deserves a special reward for being a good girl. Nurse Able responds. You stay right there, and I'll go your reward for being such a good little girl. Nurse Able walks over to a metal two-door cabinet and gathers up the supplies needed to change Elizabeth's diaper and new in the box magic want vibrator or her. Nurse Able unpins her wet diaper and pulls the front down, exposing her cleanly shaven Vulva. Only good little girls who use their diapers get this special reward. Able applies the now pulsating vibrator to her Vulva and gently moves it in a circular motion has gradually increased the power and speed of the vibrator until Elizabeth's heart is pounding and she is breathing quite heavily. As Elizbeth breathing slows and her body relaxes, Nurse Able goes about her business of changing Elizabeth into a clean diaper.

 

The nurse places the headphone back on Elizabeth and allows her to nap until Ryan buzzes the clinic, letting them know he is there to pick up Elizabeth. Hello Ryan, I hope you had a good day at work. You can go on back to the treatment room. They are just finishing up with Elizabeth's treatment. If you would like, I could go ahead and load up Elizabeth supplies for you while you meet with the therapy team. 

 

Good Evening, Ryan,  Elizabeth was an absolute angel her treatment when better than expected today, and we feel her treatment will progress well over the coming week. Once we had her under chemical hypnosis, we discovered that she naturally regressed to the mindset of a 5-year-old kindergartener at school who has had frequent wetting and messing accidents. It possibly explains why she acts so immaturely as an adult. Moving forward for her therapy at home tonight, she will need to wear cloth training pants till bedtime; at bedtime, we suggest you put her in all-in-one cloth diapers.   Our Program is based on positive reinforcement; if she acts appropriately, you should tell her she is "a good girl." also, if she affects inappropriately, you may discipline her properly eighter by spanking her or a time out.   We have been working on age-appropriate verbiage for her and encouraging her to call you daddy as you requested. 

For tomorrow, we know you work a very long hour as a construction business owner, so you can tell Elizabeth that you are dropping her off at school and picking her up after work. Drop off her dirty diapers in the included wet bag with our receptionist. We'll do the washing for you. If you choose to continue the cloth diapers, we can order with our supplier for you.

 

Nurses Able provides you with 6 of the double thickness all-in-one training pants and our all-in-one cloth diapers for this evening. You can also use the extra prefold diaper and insert additional thickness for her training. There is a variety of larger sippy cups and bottles for her. We recommend you start with a sippy cup for dinner time and a bottle for bedtime. Remember, we are early on with the programming, so there may be some resistance to her newly learned behaviors and her trying to revert to adult behaviors. For example, we know she is very well hydrated as she has been on an IV all-day, so she will have to go potty on the way home with any luck. You may choose to treat her like an older child, say 5-7 years old, or treat her like a 2-3-year-old. It's your choice, for example, if she were a 5-7-year-old, you over and take her to the potty, or you could tell her she is a big girl and can wait till you get home to use the big girl potty. Then, the results may vary. Now is she was to wet her training pants eventually. At that point, you can follow the included behavioral scrips for disciplining her or rewarding her for these actions. Now, if you're treating her like the preschool that she is, you tell her it's okay to go potty in your training pants that what they are for, and you change her when you get home. Don't worry about bathing her tonight unless you think you can handle it. Here is the Nurse's Cell phone number if you need any help tonight. And we'll see you in the morning. Thank you, Doctor.
