j4isu07
Strange days are here now. https://www.usatoday.com/story/money/2021/12/31/disney-2022-copyright-winnie-the-pooh/49588867/ So my question is who is going to be the first to offer ABDL diapers with Winnie and tiger? Link to comment
ValentinesStuff
Tigger isn't in the public domain yet. He was introduced two years after Pooh. Link to comment
Elfy
It's also not the Disney Pooh that is in public domain but the book version without the shirt. Link to comment
Pamperbum_uk
I'd like Winnie the Pooh diapers to have the word 'pooh' written on the back... Link to comment
MegaChar
Technically you could redesign Winnie in such a way now that its different then Disneys Winnie and be ok copyright wise then that that new design and apply that to product. Could we see a "Charr The Dragon's: Winnie The Pooh"?(I was thinking in my mind on that text comment) Link to comment
willnotwill
While you can draw a pooh-like bear and not run afoul of copyright, you can't call it Winnie The Pooh. Disney holds a trademark on that and trademarks don't just "expire" with time. As long as Disney continues to maintain it, it is theirs. Link to comment

'Beginning in 2022, Disney won't be able to sue anyone that uses A.A. Milne's original Winnie-the-Pooh stories as inspiration, adapting the fictional bear for new projects or original creative works. The original line drawings from the book, penned by E.H. Shepard, will also be fair game.' You can't use Disney's version or stories, but the original story and art is fair game. Tigger has another two years though. Trademark and Copyright are different things. Original works are Copyrighted for 70 years beyond the creator's death, then they enter public domain.
