Sleep Tracker and Music

When I really can't sleep I listen to music with noise-canceling headphones, so I her only the music. I've noticed that the music relaxes me so much that my sleep-tracker counts me as being asleep. That's the power of music!

I have tinnitus so when there is no noise, like at night, I hear this high pitched "weeeeee" sound as well as a whooshing sound. Some days I have to put in ear buds and use music so my brains don't leak out my ears.

And here I thought I was the only one with that constant tone going on in my ears!! . I used to listen to music at bed time, but I found meditation works as well if not better......but either or as long as the end result is S*L*E*E*P!!!! ??
