Keeping the bladder relaxed simply feels good

Putting untraining aside, keeping the muscles down there relaxed simply feels much better then having them tight all day. I think many of you will agree with me. I can easily keep it relaxed if i sit or stand still, but any sort of motion, even just shifting my position in a chair, will tighten it up again. So I'm trying to practice moving slowly and keeping it relax throughout.
