  2. I haven't gotten through all the chapters so far but I just had to comment. I LOVE this story. I love that its a mommy dom relationship but they are still adults. Partly why I like it so much is that everything in this story is basically the dream relationship for me.

  4. I'm now able to easily keep reverse kegal relaxed state after peeing, but I still frequently find myself involuntary doing a kegal right before I start peeing. Anyone have tips for overcoming this?

  6. This method for sure works in the short term, but I'm still not sure if has any effects that last longer then a day. When I do this method over a span of a few hours, I could clamp down hard to stop the flow, but still dribble some out without my permission. This increases the longer I do it. The big question is, will these effects carry over in the long term if one continuously does this method every day. Right now it seems to me that the dribbling goes away once I stop doing the method.
  7. I guess its up to me. I'm gonna try to be committed and really have a go at doing this. I won't be wearing 24/7 but Ill try to do this method of start and stop peeing for 8hrs+ a day.
  8. I've experienced similar, but it quickly stops once I stop doing the method. I haven't done it for multiple days consecutively so I don't know if that would result in increasing flow leaking. It seems that this method is intentionally trying to induce bladder detrusor dyssynergia.
  9. I want to have a weaker bladder where I have to consider in what situation I will be in and wear pull-ups or diapers accordingly, like being out of the house for a full day. I want to need to wear pull-ups "just in case", or diapers when a bathroom would be too inconvenient due to my weak bladder. This is much more achievable then full incontinence.
  10. How important is the fullness of your bladder for this technique? Should you feel like you have an aching bladder or as long as you can start and stop peeing you are good to go?
  11. How often did your friend do this method, were they wearing 24/7 and doing it all the time? I'm thinking of trying out this method whenever I wear, but not wearing 24/7 initially until I see some results.
  12. So as far as I understand there are 2 ways one can have incontinence: Overly tight pelvic floor (urge incontinence) or overly loose pelvic floor (stress incontinence). The general path us untrainees take is keeping the pelvic floor relaxed in order to achieve a loose pelvic floor, while wearing 24/7. Wearing diapers is mandatory to be able to keep the muscles relaxed otherwise you will keeping leaking periodically. Your strategy would create urge incontinence by overly tightening the pelvic floor correct? I believe a tight pelvic floor creates pain wherease a weak one does not so I don't know how good of an idea this is. Though it seems this strategy does not require the use of diapers 24/7 as it can be done with a toilet. I would like to get input from those who have tried this method with great success, but almost all of us go the relaxing route since it feels nicer and naturally leads to diaper usage. So I think both strategies can't be combined since they would counter act each other. Do your muscles still clench while moving, or do you actively have to relax them, or do you not care about relaxing them while moving (squatting, reaching for objects, etc)? Do you try to keep your muscles relaxed while moving or doing things? I can keep it relaxed ez pz while I'm sitting/standing/walking slowly, but other movements are harder but I'm thinking maybe its not necessary to be relaxed in those situations to lose significant muscle control.
  13. Does this force a kegal contraction or just help you along? If this does not a force a kegal, this could be used as a reverse kegal trainer to keep everything relaxed. If one could practice keeping their pelvic floor relaxed while this stimulator is on, that would quickly condition you to resist any automatic clenching.
  14. So I've been doing alot of practice at keeping the reverse kegal state so when I have to pee a decent amount I normally just pee with any contraction occurring. But often times I involuntarily do a kegal when its just a tiny dribble. I have to focus myself for a second to relax down there so the dribble can occur. I find it strange that this only happens when dribbling but not when there is any pee more then a dribble. I have also read that this occurs for others as well. Any thoughts on this or when I can expect the contractions to stop happening?
