Anyone who's area has been flooded, probably isn't thinking that the world's population is short of fresh water.

This planet is not polluted by people, it is polluted WITH people.

Yeah, was watching the radar at work Tuesday and it showed in the upper midwest lots of very bad weather on the way around Chicago.  Sure enough, we got it a few hours later.  Flood warnings for my county and it was raining so much and so hard water was flooding the ditches and coming up to the level of our street in many areas.  I knew the basement would get water in it as it usually does when it rains this hard.  Sure enough, early next morning the floor was wet.  Pretty much dry now as most of it was mopped up yesterday.  So interesting that many areas like midwest and southeastern states get huge floods from rain, yet out west in California, Nevada and other areas where they are hurting with so many fires there is not a drop.
