It would require long practice of never holding your pee (like months if not years).in any situation to get your muscles weakened and it set into your mind not to pay attention to it a subconscious level. 1 1 Link to comment

You may never become incontinent but you will be diaper dependent. So before you venture into wet diaper land, are you prepared to wear a diaper and only diapers the rest of your life? Not everyone is. However if you are set on a diapered life, get rid of your adult underwear so there in no way you can go back. Start diapering yourself even when you want give up, (like their is no other choice) and then make yourself pee often and not when your bladder signals that it is time. Maintain this routine while your body and mind relaxes enough to allow you to pee without warning .Bladder loss does happen in TIME just how long is up to you 2 Link to comment
Enthusi Posted August 5, 2021 Share Posted August 5, 2021 Yeah I’ve been at this for 4+ years and it’s only been in the last few months that dribbling has increased. Step 1 is getting your bladder and pelvic muscles to default to relaxed mode. That alone will take months to years to accomplish. You need to actively practice muscle relaxation and spend lots and lots of time diapered for that to happen. 1 1 Link to comment
