how do i dry my pocket nappies and inserts?

ok so a few days ago i purchased a pocket nappy and cloth inserts to replace my stock of disposables.

my issue is with drying them, like do i put them in the dryer? if so what setting? need help figuring this out

 

the pocket nappy: One Size Adult Pocket Nappy - Buttons - Fire Engine (abdlmarketplace.co.uk)

the insert: Charcoal 4 Layer Microfiber Insert (abdlmarketplace.co.uk)

Wash both in the normal wash cycle, dry the inserts on high heat but air dry the cover.

I machine wash and dry mine with no issues.

Warm wash. If I am drying them with other laundry I use high heat, if it's diapers alone I use a lower setting to not crinkle the PUL shell.
